Five Star Service

My old 5200 Magimix spindle was lodged on the motor shaft. After a chat with my friend Mr ‘AI’, I managed to dislodge it and was advised to replace the whole bundle. So not only do I feel like I’ve got a brand new machine for £80, I received it in under 24 hours! A service worthy of a 5 star Trustpilot review. Thanks so much!

They answered where Magimix didn't

In less than a day, they answered the question which MagiMix themselves failed to answer in three weeks (they simply did not reply to my messages sent through their contact form).

For the record: The Main blade for the 5200 and 5200XL series comes in an "old version", white, and "new version", black. You need to get the one which matches the spindle on your machine.

I would like to congratulate all concerned at ther company for your very efficient handling of my order.
Having on Monday morning ordered the 2 spare parts I need for my Magimix 5200 using the company’s excellent website, with its very complete description of each of the concerned spare parts which left no room for error in identifying the same , I now on Wednesday morning have the same unpacked in my house and installed in place of the broken items.
The service was superb.

Great Service and price

I ordered some spares for my Magimix 4200 late on Monday evening. I found the website easy to use and the information provided reassured me I was ordering the correct parts. The parts were much cheaper than on Amazon. The parts arrived this morning, Wednesday, 24 hour Royal Mail tracked. I'm delighted.

Not the first time I've used BBS

I've always been happy with the service that BBS provide.
When I lost a part for my Magimix during my house move I went straight to their site which is set up to make it easy for customers to find the part that they need. It was posted quickly too - thank you!

Impressive

I am really impressed by the excellent service I received from BBS. I made an error in my order and realised it immediately. I e-mailed them immediately and they made the adjustment immediately without any fuss
The order was dispatched very promptly.

Absolutely fantastic customer service

Something went badly wrong with our magimix..it was quite a few years old. Within 1 day of sending it to BBS Ltd. They had returned it!!!! Works like brand new and it was FOC Under the 20 year warranty. Amaizing!. Sorry I haven't left my review sooner 😁

This is how you do customer service!

I am not given to writing reviews unless they are so good or so awful that it is a pubIic interest issue to publicise it. Fortunately this is a good one! I bought a replacement bowl set for my venerable Magimix 5100 ( 21 years old) and had an issue . I reported the issue and within the same day I have received:
- An explanation of the potential issue
- Notification that the parts are being replaced free of charge
- A gift of a recipe book (that includes guidance on how not to break stuff)

I was expecting to be ignored for a few days and then brushed of with some feeble corporate excuses, or just plain ignored so this has been a very pleasant exprience and I heartily recommend using this company!

Excellent service from Martyn at BBS

Excellent service from Martyn at BBS. We took our Magimix Nespresso Citiz to him and he diagnosed the problem with it (an early machine for which parts are not easy to source any more). The repair price quoted was very reasonable and far less than buying a new machine. He let us have a newer model and even fitted the coloured side panels from our machine to it. He then repaired our original machine and returned it to us via courier all at BBS' expense. We now have a spare machine which is reassuring. BBS and Martyn in particular are very good to deal with and you can go to their premises near Farnham, Surrey and speak to Martyn personally. I like this kind of after sales service with a personal touch and a quality service. Thank you BBS!

Once they have the money comms stop

2 stars given for price and genuine spares with great packaging however 3 stars removed as I contacted them twice by email about returning the part and never once got a reply.

That to me is just rude.

Amazing Gold Star Service

I had ordered from BBS Ltd some years ago, and being the proud owner of an aging 5100 food processor, the lid had finally split and needed replacing. Well, after dithering about looking online, I finally rang BBS on Friday morning and ordered the fabulous upgrade system to bring my machine up to date, hence replacing the original bowl and a few other bits and bobs. Aside from that, what a joy to speak to a human (I really wish I had remembered her name ... sorry, you were amazing) who knew exactly what she was talking about, no frustrating website to navigate or constantly having to question myself if I was actually ordering the right part. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Then, I was assured I'd receive the kit early this week - so imagine my absolute pleasure when it arrived by DPD less than 24 hours later. Truly impressed and thankful, amazing service. Never change! Thank you x

Wow great experience

Wow, this company saved me hundreds of pounds. In a USA inspired world of chat bots, artificial intelligence (which I guess has its role too) an actual preson at this firm told me this 9 am how to get my Magimix 4000 motor restarted. This we originally bought in the early 1990s! Yeah in the UK can you find a company that provides support in person, over the phone?

I thought the motor had failed. Well no it hadn't. By the way they helped me before to upgrade all the accessories from 4000 to 4200 XL when a bit of old plastic broke after 30 plus years.

Top advice, service and parts

Just bought a bowl and lid replacement kit for my old Magimix 4100 after the original lid split along the edges. Assured over the phone that the kit would fit my old machine and it does, thus prolonging its life for another few years. First class advice and service.
