I've experienced and been subject to the extremely poor delivery service for several years from a variety of vendors. One problem is that vendor will list UPS as shipment method then switch to innovations when freight arrives in Seattle. Some vendors did change to priority mail when i complained, others could care less once purchase leaves the warehouse. I see that some Amazon vendors are now making this ill-advised choice to go w/this UPS/USPS fiasco. BIG MISTAKE

I wish UPS would stop using this service. UPS will drop off a package to the local post office where it sits for at least a week.
Today is July 27, 2022.
My most recent order was expected on July 13, 2022. The most recent tracking update shows July 9, 2022 "Shipment received, package acceptance pending". ...and UPS will not investigate mail lost by "UPS Mail Innovations".

Everything everybody else has said about this “service”is true. With mail innovations you have no idea when your package will be delivered, even after it arrives at your local post office. It will just sit and sit for no apparent reason while other packages shipped via another method are delivered to your house. It makes no sense to me but I will avoid companies that use this service.

In my personal experience, Mail Innovations is exceed in substandard service only by Smart Post. It has in every case I've experienced been astoundingly slow, unreliable, and delivery dates have been consistently several days over the estimate.

This system gives both UPS and USPS a really bad reputation. NEVER ON SCHEDULE!

I ordered a hat on 30 May 22. As of 8 June I still have not received my purchase so I cannot comment on product; however, the shipping method “UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited.” leaves me a bit frustrated. Per tracking info, my hat has been sitting locally since 4 June 22 with notification “pending acceptance” Last positive tracking info was from San Leandro CA to Fallon NV. I know my small local Post Office does not sit on packages. I’m not sure of just how ‘Mail Innovations® Expedited’ is supposed to work but it ain’t. I would suggest merchants get a reliable shipper and customers verify Mail Innovations is NOT to be used. Unfortunately this is not my first unpleasant experience with these carnies but in future I will verify shipments avoid Mail Innovations.

Mail innovations is the worst shipper every... don't do business with anyone using them. Thirteen days since my product shipped. Not my first terrible experience with Mail innovations. I agree with below reviewers- don't order from Mail Innovations users.

I wish there was a way to leave Negative stars for this Useless buisness.

This is the absolute most pathetic excuse for a buisness I have ever come across. Your package will be stuck in limbo for ever and there tracking system is ABSOLUTELY useless along with there customer service people . They cant even tell you where your package is... I was told it would be delivered by 7:00 on 3 separate occasions on 3 separate days and of course it never showed up on any of them . Then when your finally able to contact customer service to get some sort of an answer they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA .
If anyone ever plans to use there services Please just save your time and money and aggravation and just throw your package in the trash. Atleast then you can tell your customers exactly where it is .

My package has been sitting in Flowery Branch 30 minutes away from my house for a month and hasn’t moved. Why?

Appallingly Bad!
Lost package from States to UK. Neither part of this joint enterprise wish to take responsibility and I cannot get my package. Money lost. All keep [passing the buck. Will avoid.

This service sucks. Shipment stay in warehouses forever waiting for shipment volumes to be large enough to move. This is a joke, will never use UPS again.

Ordered gift cards as credit card point redemptions. All three times the envelopes sat with UPS Mail Innovations, and all 3 times arrived open or ripped open without the gift cards. These people are thieves and robbers and should be avoided at all costs. They are unreachable in any format.

This is the second package I have ordered from a company that uses Mail Innovations. The first time, the company Fedexed me a replacement after not receiving the original for 3 weeks. I finally got the origianl package 6 weeks later and it was smashed. Now, I ordered a non-refundable, non-replaceable item and it hasn't been delivered as promised. According to the tracking information below, it has been "sorted" on 3 different occasions in Smyrna, TN, yet it was tendered to the USPS on Jan. 14?
My local US Post Office has stated Mail Innovations puts a delivery date all of the time when the package is still elsewhere. This is ridiculous! From now on, I will ask if a company uses Mail Innovations and if they do, they will not receive my business!

Every delivery arrives late. Worst package routing ever. Makes snail-mail look like a champion. I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

I would not even give this system of delivery a one star. As my package is over 11 days late in arrival and the post office says it doesn't have it, it never had it and ups says it is awaiting acceptance. This is a wonderful way to lose Christmas Packages. I wish someone would contact me from Mail innovations but all I get is a Machine that hangs up on you and full answering machines. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just got my package today, one day after local USPS received it. Five weeks to get from St. Cloud MN to Louisiana. Here's the tracking stream. Note the dates and locations. I will never do business with any on line merchant who uses UPSMI. I would rate them zero or negative if I could. By the way the Nov 30 posting below that my local P.O. received it - all lies

I gave it a one star and that's pushing it. I've had 6 days of Estimated delivery dates and still no package. Ship date was 12/3/2021 and here it is the 15th.

Would give ZERO stars if i could. Read other reviews - This has been my experience also. MAIL INNOVATIONS is INCOMPETENT.

My package is being held hostage in my city for the past four days. Cannot get an update from UPS or MAIL INNOVATIONS.

This happens EVERY TIME!

Shame on you, UPS, for using such an incompetent company.
