I purchased a Lavatory Seat from Michael and he knew exactly what type I needed to fit my lavatory bowl. I ordered the item and it arrived within 3 days, the service was excellent, definitively would use again.

Item was out of stock, had to find alternative supplier

Excellent service , need a light as the electrical was coming and they pulled out all the stops to get it to me.

My order became complicated when after several weeks the supplier of the item to Majorelle advised the item was no longer available. Mike and his team very efficiently ordered a completely acceptable alternative and the matter was resolved Five stars from me!

The tiles which had to be ordered from Italy arrived safely in the exact timeframe that Majorelle Interiors had told me it would.
Given the Covid crisis and other service providers poor response to telephone enquiries I was especially pleased with the ease of ordering over the telephone and receiving the goods as promised from this company.

I purchased my Vola Showers from Majorelle. I needed more info to pass to my plumber and Mike was very helpful and responded to all my enquiries. I received my goods on time as promised. Everything went very smoothly and Mike is super helpful. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Very happy with prompt delivery of my lovely Lefroy Brookes shower basket.

Unfortunately there were a few delivery issues and when the mirror was finally delivered it was was broken. However Mike was very apologetic and offered to replace immediately and when I declined he organised an immediate refund so customer service was excellent and I would order from them again

Mike went out of his way to contact and arrange a special order from a supplier for me. After the supplier told me it was not possible. There are not many companies that would go to this trouble for a customer!! Thank you very much!!!
