A formidable team....very understanding, excellent communication and prompt attention! I wish that I had adopted their services much earlier, would have saved me a lot of trouble. My only additional advice is that they clearly publish the dimensions of their boxes and barrels, that would be very helpful, but I think that they do 'what it says on their tin'!!!

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, always returning calls and emails on time, very flexible if the needs be, collection of items at accurate time, the man that always collect my items is very patient my children are very annoying when they see guests but he is always patient with them and answers all their silly questions. Easy access to their costumer service
Easy access to their costumer service, I like it. But should try and do collections around UK regardless of the location at a certain fee because a client arranging for a collection is somehow stressful. Thank you

This company initially charged me £85…
This company initially charged me £85 for a box to Ghana Door 2 Door and then when I got the invoice they said it was £100. I paid off same day I received the invoice, a few days later.. they sent a threatening email saying that I need to pay £40-£45 extra for my box because it was a miscalculation from them. How am I responsible for a their mistake ?!!! They then sent an email demanding that they will charge me each day for storage if I don’t pay the extra cost .You might think with the cost of living crisis they may be understanding and empathetic but No. After several exchanges with them. They have refunded me my money. Bear in mind this isn’t my first time with them and has always been same size of box ….i do understand prices of things have increased but they were aware of measurements. I wasn’t given the chance to make decision to pay £140 initially if I was aware I would not have gone ahead. please stay away from this shipping company the price keeps increasing!!! I will surely update it here.

When you called in to book your shipment, you provided the wrong dimensions of your Extra Large Big Yellow Storage Box as 60x60x60cm to gain a cheaper shipping price.
Big Yellow Storage accurately state the dimensions of their Extra Large Box as 61.5 x 61.5 x 83cm, which is also accurately and publicly displayed on our website.
We have also sent you images showing the exact dimensions of your shipment, with a tape measure by it, which clearly confirms that your box was not 60x60x60cm as wrongly provided by yourself at booking.
Being in a cost of living crisis does not mean that companies should be taken advantage off. We will at all times charge the prices we have publicly displayed on our website and to which we automatically forward links to, for each booking made with us.
We are transparent with our pricing and proactively send emails and SMS to all our customers to review our Price List, prior to their collection date. This, you did not do.
It is your responsibility as a shipper to read our terms and conditions and to provide accurate dimensions of your shipment in order to avoid being sent extra charges.
With freight rates going up by the day, it’s imperative that you as a shipper have the budget for your shipment and not hide behind the cost of living for cheap shipping rates.

Unlike the 220L barrels, these 290L barrels do not have a metallic secure seal.
Instead of the metallic seal, the 290-liter barrels have a black plastic twist-on lid.
When you have finished filling the barrel, you will close it by putting the black plastic twist-on lid on and turning the lid a few times.
