The phone is never answered. Placed an order a month ago with still no idea of a delivery date. Payment was taken immediately.It was 'in stock' when ordered but am told the manufacturing company have been on 4 weeks holiday. After asking for a refund, Chris offered an alternative product but now my emails and calls are not answered.
Update, Chris phoned me back just after I wrote this review. He apologised, understood my frustration but couldnt understand why i couldnt get through to them on the phone. He said he would process my refund.

Why is it that no one can be bothered to answer the phones in honda service and sales .Over 20 calls and no answer. This must be the worst Honda dealership in the UK.

Yesterday once again myself and my mate bought another 2 bikes from M & P Swansea. I bought a brand new KTM 690 SMC R & Simon my mate bought a brand new Kawasaki Z900 Anniversary Edition. The salesman Nicky Jones once again went totally over and above to make sure the whole process of buying the bikes was flawless. The bikes were ready for by his desk when we arrived, totally spotless, full of fuel, and all accessories we ordered we already fitted to the bikes. The service we have received on both purchases has been absolutely impeccable and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a bike or accessories etc, to definitely give M & P a try. You will not be disappointed I promise you.

Very bad customer service and morals! After a family member received a damaged box with no parts inside, this company have chosen to ignore all correspondence and have not been bothered to help in the slightest, meaning they've taken the money but not willing to actually give us what we've paid for!

Myself and my friend have just bought 2 motorcycles from M&P Gorseinon. I don’t normally do reviews, but our experience there was so good, that I felt the need to post this review. The salesman that dealt with us was Nicky Jones, and he went way over and above to do everything he could to help us. He made the whole buying experience a absolute pleasure, and very simple. His knowledge of the products that he sells was exceptional, and he answered every single question that we put to him. I’ve purchased a few bikes, clothing, accessories and servicing from M&P in the past, and have always been treated respectfully, and courteously. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle or clothing etc to go here, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Well done M&P keep up the good work.

Just bought a new Kawasaki zx10 krt edition from M&P Gorseinon Swansea.
Quite honestly it was the best experience by far that I've ever had when buying a new bike. And I would like to thank everyone who had some input in making my purchase 100% perfect. Special mention to salesman Gary who went above and beyond in sorting everything out for me.

It seems everytime I visit this store Chris Eary or what ever his name is. Is seen to either arguing with customers about bad workmanship or talking about customers behind there backs.what a slimy chap. Wouldn’t go there again rather go to a reputable dealer.and after reading the article about thrashing a customers brand new bike well I think that says it all

Ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday. Mucoff pressure cleaner offer great value. Brilliant service as usual from M and P.

I have only used the shop a couple of times for bike gear. Very Reasonably priced and I found the staff in the shop very friendly, very patient and very helpful. I had an issue with an item and it was sorted immediately by the boys. I would recommend getting ya lazy arses on ya bike and giving them a visit. The only problem I had was to much choice, but again. I was helped out immensely by the staff 10/10 👍👍👍

Bought an Ex-Demo Piaggio scooter from these guys.

According to them, if anything goes wrong with, what is meant to be, an as new bike, within the first 30 days of ownership then they can ignore your consumer rights and not give you a full refund because they are allowed to fix the problem first and then continue to ignore your requests and consumer rights. I believe this is called coercion.

Approximately 7 months later, the bike has since had a few more issues, M and P have since again declined to refund any part of the bike (and in fact have stated that nearly 2000 miles is a very very long way for a commuter vehicle to travel in that time...), they now have my bike and my money and are ignoring all my communications to try and resolve the matter

Oh and this is primarily dealing with one of the partners of the business!! So no hope to had here it seems.

However, all other staff have been polite, friendly and had the vehicle not been awful, the experience would probably have been good.

If you chose to shop with M and P, you chose to roll the dice.

Goods I bought looked reasonable for the price. However did not fit my bike as apparently stated and as such as good as a chocolate fire guard !!

Spoke to LB at M and P to state he would sort it out, did he hell as like. Just ignored me and eventually I sent said item back for a refund because there was no other choice !!

Sent an empty box, customer services have been fobbing us off for months asking for photos that have been forwarded on. Trying to blame couriers as to not honour the order. Complaint was raised to Nathan in management who doesn't care enough about their customers to respond.

These guys are terrible . Purchased via their EBAY store a Puig touring screen for my bike , advertised as light smoke , received dark tint , wrong part , wrong part number.
Contacted by phone number , answered by someone who could not care less, told me I had the wrong number , this was not the right M&P even though it is the number in the order contact details , then transferred me to some one else , who then lectured me that, they were not the right department , they only deal with Harley Davidson , my bike and the screen is for a Honda , then explained , I should only deal through EBAY, when I explained I tried that but had no reply , he said " oh well " ,almost implied it was my fault , their advert was wrong , the part is wrong and that it really is my fault for assuming that the advertised part description is accurate , these guys really are muppets with zero customer service skills , should of aired on the side of caution with the other reviews , Now goto go through the returns process again and await for a refund ( Fingers crossed ) , now they have no stock of the right screen , allegedly but that one is probably the wrong tint too.
Give these guys a wide birth , if you value courtesy , customer service and some sense of customer satisfaction .

Bought numerous items from these guys. Bought a heavily discounted helmet however they did not specify it was ex display and the pin lock insert was missing. That’s the only “issue” however it dragged on for about 4 months. I had to wait ages for the pin lock visor to be back in stock for them to send me one. Deadline they set passed and I had to chase. Then I gave up as keep getting put on back order. I found a local motorcycle accessory dealer who I bought the insert from. Eventually the part from m and p turned up in the post. They did what they said and it was a covid related issue. Other than that there ok and do what they can to help however due to this issue and covid being lifted I have discovered the more local shops just over the border in Devon to be just as helpful however there website is no where as good as these guys.

I recently purchase a pair of Spada Pilgrim grande motor cycle boots at a very competitive price. They arrived a day early, in perfect condition as described. As always an excellent service from M& P

First class service.
Ordered a tyre and received it exactly as ordered 2 days later - first class service and the price was very competitive.
Will use again!

I ordered a crash helmet on Sunday I phoned on Tuesday they told me it would be me would be with me on Wednesday still nothing I then phoned on Thursday they told me it
would be sent out Friday Take my advice do not waste your time with this company.

Item as described, but postage a little slow,but will use again
