Purchased this MotoGP Pit Mat from M&P Direct and it looks great. The bike is kept indoors so I needed something to cover the slab that its mounted on in the kitchen. This means I can look at my bike on its nice clean Pit Mat, with it's matching colours, instead of some picture stuck on the wall. If you don't get this buy yourself a motorcycle, all bikers will know what I mean!
Note: Give it 4 stars as maybe waited a week for the product to turn up which I thought was a little to long. However in M&Ps defence it was purchased just before a bank holiday. So hey, give them a break.. Cheers

One of the items I ordered never turned up, & never received a refund!
Have used m&p for many years on & off....never again !

I rang the service dept , must have been ringing for a good 20 minutes, middle of April to book bike in for mot which was due end of may , the earliest I could be booked in was 2nd week of June, 🤷🏼‍♂️, took it to a local garage, fitted me in next day , rang them again, needed 2 tyres fitted, two to 3 weeks waiting list, again took it somewhere else, quick enough to pump out all these bikes but try and get service booked or if you need new tyres fitted expect a long wait , all the manufacturers they got all bottle necked into a small workshop trying to deal with Pdi's , warranty work , 1st services, mots , etc etc , not good service

I was very pleased with item that i had ordered and the speed my order was processed, will be using them ( M&P ) again.

Quick service and the usual product satisfaction.
Sometimes it is the little things that mean the most... So whether I purchase something small or large, the same customer service is present.

I called Chris to arrange a test ride on a bike and I struggled to understand a word of his mutterings, but as far as I was concerned the test ride was agreed for Thursday. When I arrived I said I had come for the test ride and he said (in a smug way) ‘ not on that you’re not as you said you weren’t thinking of changing your bike til January.’ Two weeks later I got a test ride in cmc Newport and changed my bike. I’ll never get a bike from these due to his attitude.

I had very bad dealings with this company off eBay,bought an electrical device for my motorbike,was faulty upon me recieving it,now under the 7 day money back guarantee I'm entitled to a full refund,they refuse to pay the return p and p costs,also refusing to refund me straight away,contacted eBay and thankfully they are sorting this out so they can pay return postage fees and refund me straight away.
Terrible company to deal with,ignoring messages and just the general tone of their messages at certain ones they do reply.
Keep away,better quality shops out there

You stated that I had to post the faulty item at my expense,once you have checked out item,which your company is not qualified to do with being an aftermarket part,then once if found faulty then you will refund me,now this will take time,terms and conditions and sales act states if an item is faulty the company is to pay the return packaging and postage and a full refund on item. Tell the truth how your company works,all this waiting,expense and still have to pay for a new part off someone else.read the sales act

New update,
eBay refunded me the money as I opened a case against them and won. as this company wasn't going to refund or pay return postage without a right fuss.
