Absolutely Fantastic
Our sales negotiator Karly Bibby was truly amazing, selling a home was a first for me and my wife, Karly helped us through it at every stage, it went on the market on the Friday and was sold three days later after Karly held block viewings, a week later Karly was back on the phone explaining the purchaser was having second thoughts, once again Karly was back on the phone to the other viewers and my home was sold again at full asking price.

We had a long, protracted, difficult sale which recently completed. I can’t express enough how valuable the support Gemma and Rochelle gave to us during this time. If they said they’d call, they always did. If they said they’d ring solicitors, agents, buyer ….. you name it ……they always did. Very professional.They put up with my ranting at times, not at their service, but at the process due to changes to legislation. Buying a house through Manning Stainton. Found them to be good at communication and responsive compared to some other agents in Leeds. Easy to communicate with by email and phone. Viewings were made easy to plan, then you get a move manager too for longer term contact till the purchase is complete. My experiences booking viewings with other agents in Leeds wasn’t the best. I had viewings cancelled or poor communication, so you’d think they weren’t actually interested in selling to you. You can tell Manning Stainton want to help you buy and obviously that’s good for the seller. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking at selling, because my experience of buying has been good so far. Aleena has been really helpful at viewing stage and beyond when I’ve been in touch, great communication. Another agent too. And Gemma and Rochelle as move managers too. Moving can be stressful but I have to say that having a good agent has made it easier

All staff very friendly and helpful just upset about them pushing my buyer to have a survey done on my house very late in the proceedings.

The whole team was very helpful and responsive. They found me a buyer quickly and worked hard to keep the sale moving, always returning my calls or emails.
