Friendly helpful staff. Best thing was how proactive they were making sure they not only got the sale but also that the sale went through smoothly

From the initial meeting at the property to our acceptance of the offer Helen, Karly and team have been attentive, caring and professional throughout given that we have been dealing with the sale of a property following a bereavement! Thank you for all of your help!

Karly Bibby and her colleagues at the Oakwood branch have been fantastic from start to finish. They’ve kept us informed throughout, and have been very understanding of our special circumstances. When our house had a massive rush of interest shortly after it went live they rose to the occasion and managed the viewing/offer process really smoothly!

I really don't understand what I paid for.

No major mistakes, but lots of small issues, lack of added value and total lack of self-awareness that the service was poor/average at best when they excitedly asked "please leave us a review it would really be appreciated :)"....if I had provided such sub-standard service I don't think I would be begging for reviews...but that's the point they don't really realise how disappointing their service is.

So here it is...the review you asked for.

- Really added no value, and appointments people wanted to view could take 5-10 days for your agents to have availability so ended up showing people myself
- They provided viewers wrong viewing times and we lost a viewing because of this
- Ringing me to ask me questions I have already answered on multiple occasions
- During sale, I heard updates from my SELLER'S estate agent about an issue on my sale from info gathered from MY solicitor before Manning seemed to know about it, not proactive or on it at all
- Constantly dealing with different people (hence issue above) - most of them young and inexperienced
- Delay with my sale they didnt seem to know about or actually do anything to address (another one I heard from my seller's agent rather than MS)
- Ended up speaking to my buyer directly (again Mannings unable to add any value) to resolve questions as it was just dragging

Property we bought was from another local estate agent. We dealt with same agent from viewing to completion so he knew what was going on and could answer questions quickly, was more engaged with our sale than MS were. This lot had to keep ringing me or asking each other, generally pretty clueless.

The amount I was involved, I might as well just sold on Purple Bricks. Would have been easier and cheaper.

In summary, pretty pointless contribution I just paid over £3500 quid for

Niamh Hanley was our agent. She has been so conscientious and helpful keeping us updated with progress of all the process. She's been an absolute pleasure to work with.

MS provided a lovely brochure and escorted viewings went well. Karly took over our sale part way through and provided us with regular updates. She is upbeat and knowledgeable, not phased by setbacks and prepared to look for solutions. Well done Karly.

I want to say a massive thanks to Niamh Hanley at the Oakwood branch who supported with the sale of my property. For someone who hasn’t dealt with estate agents, she made the process really easy for me. Niamh arranged open days for viewings of my property and kept me up to date with the offers and position of the people interested as well as any feedback from the potential buyers. Niamh was polite, professional and really patient whilst I searched for a property to ensure there was a complete chain before passing me to the move team. Niamh went above and beyond by contacting the vendor of the property I was purchasing due to some complexities in the information being given. Thanks again Niamh!

Jess was amazing from start to finish when selling my property. She was always easily contactable, polite and informative.

Jessica has been such great help, as first time buyers she has made the process really smooth for my fiancé and I. She has kept us updated throughout each step of the process& been there to answer any questions we have promptly.

They have kept me updated on what they have on the market, checking in with me regularly.
