From the start the team at Manning Stainton were all committed to helping us find our new home, and sell our existing home as quickly as possible. There were a few bumps in the road, but Gemma and Rochelle (from the move team) were absolutely excellent at resolving problems, keeping us updated, and doing everything they could to keep things on track. They really went above and beyond and I'd certainly use the team at Manning Stainton Oakwood again.

Felt like the team were dynamic to work with/ great communication through the whole process of selling. Bonus to have the move managers- Gemma and Rochelle who are brilliant- their gentle nudges of solicitors and keeping us informed felt a huge help in the stressful process of selling a home.

All the staff were very helpful and the process went reasonably smoothly. The delay in completion was due to the Landlord not returning required documents but the team helped in chasing these. At all times I was kept up to date on where we were in finalising the sale.
