The move became very protracted and frustrating due to one of the parties in the chain, however Claire and Tori, the move managers kept things moving as best they could handling all the logistics smoothly and keeping me informed.

Codie at the Manning Stainton branch in Rothwell was absolutely fantastic with the way she supported us through our house moves. Unfortunately, two houses we were buying fell through due to issues in the chain, but Codie kept us up to date with what was going on and she always kept on top of everything to ensure things happened as quickly as possible. The part year has been really challenging for us, we had a newborn baby and had to move into my in-laws house whilst we waited for our houses to complete. If it wasn't for Codie things would have been much harder to cope with. We are now living happily in our new house and we couldn't recommend her or the Manning Stainton Rothwell branch enough. The communication from Megan was 2nd to none- this wasn’t the easiest of transitions due to the chain but Megan was helpful and reassuring throughout.

Communication was great , updates given on a weekly basis. Queries raised were dealt with efficiently. Megan from rothwell branch was friendly and warm , she returned phone calls quickly and chased queries and questions that we had quickly .

My aunt was selling her house after 74 years so we chose Manning Stainton as I was very impressed with the lovely lady who came to do the valuation.
