What a great experience, through and through, from the very first appraisal of the house, photos that they took, their timely and great manners, always there to advise us and help us. I couldn't recommend more, especially Sabrina who was there doing the extra mile for us all the time helping us through one of the most stressful times ever, replying to us immediately with whatever the inquiry was. My 86 year old mother recently moved house and used the Manning Stainton Rothwelll team and the move manager was Ann Rimmington. All our contact with the team was extremely professional. All viewings were accompanied by the Manning Stainton team and we received regular updates of progress regarding the move. All in all this was a very good experience and I’m sure we would use again.

When deciding which estate agency to use to put out house on the market, the deciding factor was the superb service from Jessica & Ellie.
Both were really helpful & friendly & came across genuinely interested in our property.
From the first time to the last time I spoke to them their service never faltered.
Jessica kept me updated with the progress throughout & always did what she said she was going to do, making follow up phone calls to keep us informed.
We were unhappy with the photographs taken by the professional photographer but I appreciate this isn’t the fault of Manning Stainton but I couldn’t give 5 stars for this reason.
Other than that, I would highly recommend.
