I recently had the pleasure of working with James and his team in the Rothwell branch, to find my forever home. James and his team were not only professional but highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority.
At each step of Sale and purchase Ellie came through with her commitment to excellence and her negotiation skills were first rate. Ellie went above and beyond to ensure we were updated every step of the way. Not only did Ellie show patience but empathy through a difficult sale.
As the sale progressed we were then allocated a Move Manager (Ann Rimmington) Ann was AMAZING!! She was always at the end of the phone going above and beyond to ensure the sale proceeded. Ann demonstrated patience and understanding of my situation and gave us continued support throughout the process. I would definitely recommend the team in Rothwell to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing property.
However, I would strongly recommend NOT using in house Solicitors Chadwick Lawrence, if it wasn’t for Ann Move Manager the sale wouldn’t have happened!!! The lack of communication from the solicitors was so frustrating. They were so difficult to contact. Then on completion day the unnecessary stress and anxiety due to again lack of communication was totally unacceptable!! Once again on completion day the solicitors were totally unobtainable!! All I can say is thank goodness for James, Ellie and Ann.

From our initial contact the staff in the Rothwell branch were helpful and friendly. During a quite protracted sale the moving team kept us up to date and helped with queries and questions as this was the first time for us moving as part of a chain and also having our own property and not coming from rental.
