I originally chose a different estate agency to sell my bungalow, but after being with them for a month and having no viewings at all, I decided to bring Manning Stainton's on board. The bungalow was on Manning Stainton's books for less than 24 hours when they booked in their 1st viewing. When somebody made an offer to buy the property Laura was right there to get me the best price possible. All the way through this entire process Manning Stainton's have kept me up to date with phone calls and regular emails. It has been a very emotional, stressful journey to sell the house that has been my home for 42 years, it is not a journey I plan on ever taking again ... but if I did, I would go directly to Manning Stainton's.

I was very impressed with Manning Stainton from initial valuation through to completion. Special mention to Laura who was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date at all stages providing advice and reassurance whenever needed. When I said I didn't want feedback after each viewing (the rooms aren't big enough??) I was listened to and these stopped. The whole selling process took longer than I would have liked, but that wasn't down to the estate agent, it was the buyers solicitor.
I do not live in the area so all the viewings were managed very well by the agents and I used solicitors they regularly work with. No complaints, and thanks again to Laura :)

Would have given five stars but for one thing a sign was never erected on the property and we understood one would be. We asked on two occassions and were told one would be put up so slightly disappointed by that. But otherwise all staff kept us informed and were helpful and polite.

We’ve used Manning Staunton many times, tried a couple different agents which was disaster so returned to Manning Staintons again and they didn’t disappoint sold the house quickly and after sales are brilliant, the staff at the Rothwell branch are always friendly and helpful
