Delivered on time. Well packaged and complete order.

Lots to choose from,easy to order,quick delivery, good prices

Placed order on 26th December, nothing happened with the order for 15 days when I then chased the order only to be told that 1 item was not available & had been refunded & the rest of the order had been dispatched. Far too long to wait for an order & ten to be told 1 item isn’t available, when I placed the order I believe it was available. I be had this a few times before, bad customer service, which is a shame because I like the products & are reasonably priced.

Excellent customer service and very fast delivery and quality product. So, very satisfied!!

Really quick communication when one item was found to be out of stock offering a refund, so really happy with this seller. The items I received were nice, at a good price and well packaged when sent. Can't fault this seller!

Whenever I go on Mariescrossstich website for threads I always get the ones I want, there is a great selection of products at reasonable prices, Maries has the cheapest DMC threads anywhere which is great if you're buying a lot, another great thing is they use recycled packaging which is super, fast delivery too, I would recommend mariescrossstitch and give them 10/10

Still waiting on delivery. Original choice was out of stock and it took a while to be informed of this took the option to choose another and am still awaiting for this to be sent.

Really good business. Kept me up to date with a delay from Lowery. All items have been packaged securely and arrived with minimal delay for those items within their ability to dispatch. Have used this firm for several purchases and very happy with all of them.

I would like to have been advised that there was only 1 pkt of the mini wreaths in stock when I ordered two.
I was sent 1pkt. Which was of no use as the project I was working on required 2 pkts..
I was given a refund, I would have preferred my order in full or at least advised of the stock situation. Disappointed.

Great service - even when a thread is out of stock they keep us informed and still deliver in the promised time.

Item arrived promptly, was well- packaged and was as described.

When I ordered the wrong item and size of embroidery hoop it was easily sorted out using the Chat function
