Very friendly and easy to contact by phone. Placed a large order and, unfortunately, one of the colours was wrongly packed. This was immediately resolved when i contacted them and the correct colour sent immediately, first class.

The website didn't flag up the items were out of stock so payment was taken. An email giving options -
1. You can wait until the item comes back into stock. (Sorry no date yet).
2. We can Credit your Maries account for this item and cancel the item from your order (any in stock items can still be delivered).
3. You can change this item to something else.
I opted for refund.
The payment has now been refunded.
