I recently moved to Leeds and was looking for my first rented accommodation. It was very stressful time of searching for a rented property especially when you are new to city then I got in touch with Martin & Co through Rightmove. Before Martin & Co, I tried some other letting agencies and paid holding deposit as well but they took longer than necessary time in processing the application. Trust me Martin & Co is best in their service. Everything (including reference check, view of property and agreement) was lightning fast. Kudos to Carolyn Meakin and Katerina Chvapil for their kind and super supportive behavior. They both are such an incredible asset to your letting agency. Their customer service is great, they answered all my questions patiently and visited twice when I was unable to handle few inventories! I highly recommend this company. 10/10 experience!

I just wanted to write what a brilliant experience I had with Kat, from Martin & Co, Horsforth. I am considering moving to Menston and needed my house valuing quickly and also some financial advice. She was ‘on-it’. She came later that day to value mine and a report was e-mailed same day. She organised two forms of solicitors to give me a quote immediately and was ready to photograph as soon as I needed. Very poor customer service. The Sales & Customer Manager (Carolyn) was late to our viewing, repeatedly obstructive, and rude. She did not answer emails or phone calls promptly.Her evasive and unhelpful behaviour throughout our contact slowed the house sale process down and added stress.
