I have been using Martin & Co for several years now, to manage 2 properties.
The reason I use them is because they completely take any stress out of being a landlord. Any issues are addressed efficiently and quickly. They are always on hand for advice.
12 months ago one property needed a complete refurbishment. Sue took complete charge of the “project” which was done quickly, on a tight budget, and without fuss.
I could not recommend Sue and Martin & Co more highly

Living some 250 miles away from the property I have had to be very reliant upon Martin & Co to deal with the sale of the property. I have found Nadeem Khan to be highly efficient: in particular keeping me updated with viewings plus the outcome of those viewings and in the sensible manner in which he conducted negotiations with potential buyers. It was refreshing to be kept properly up to date with events but without the all to often unnecessary information. It has certainly helped enormously to make the whole process run more smoothly. We're only part way through our purchase 🤞 but so far have been very happy with the efficiency of / communications of Nadeem at Martin & Co. A lot of estate agents are over-pushy with potential Purchasers. In our view Nadeem strikes the right balance between promoting the interests of the Vendor without being overly pushy in relation to potential Purchasers.

Bought a property with Nadeem as the estate agent. The quickest and easiest viewing process we had whilst we were looking (which did mean there was a lot of people viewing the same property) but was so easy and kept in touch for us regularly for all requests. After having an offer accepted kept in touch through out the process - keeping me sane as I tried to communicate with solicitors.

Honestly I couldn’t recommend Martin&Co enough, especially Nadeem Khan. I am just about to complete on a purchase I made through Martin&Co and Nadeem has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process. Right from the first viewing he was very professional and attentive, he helped and guided me through the offer process in an honest way and has been so supportive through the whole thing, he’s gone above and beyond, letting me view the property as much as I wanted, even helping me by arranging a decorator for when I move in. He has always communicated well and told me where we are at every step of the way. I will definitely be using Martin and Co again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Nadeem!

Awesome…there is no other word for it.
This company have looked after my BTL for some years now and the property manager is the best in the business.
The property needed some updating to get it back to its former glory and M&Co just took over and sorted it all out.
