Martin & Co Leeds City Reviews 

I trusted Martin and Co with my flat, but after one year I really regret it. My flat has been managed poorly, especially during the check out at the end of the tenancy when no one checked the status of the flat but said everything was all right (when there were damages, flat was dirty and so on). Basically I lost money.Their answer was "sorry we were on Holidays".Nice...so why I am paying for your service??? (They are expensive but I hoped this meant quality....it didn't they are just expensive)
Communication is poor as they often don't even bother to answer email when they are not asking for money (I had the feeling that I was overcharged for a lot of works in the flat , like 65 pounds for "loose cables" and similar).
A deposit dispute has gone bad, probably they didn't put too much effort in that...obviously...it's not their property...
Just stay away from this people.......

Martin & Co. Leeds City Centre, and Rohan specifically, helped me find a tenant for my flat in less than two weeks and provided the contracted service (introduction only). Their commitment and professionalism are highly commendable. Would definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone I know.

I have rented out my property in Leeds City Centre for a couple of years with Martins. There were problems with my first tenants and some of the internal processes at the company at that time however they actioned and rectified the issues with professionalism.
Isobel took over my account and I have worked with her during the past 6 months - she is always on the other end of the phone, very responsive on email and always eager and happy to help. I appreciate the team’s commitment and enthusiasm to finding new tenants for my property and having overcome initial difficulties would work with them again in the future.

I have relied on Martin & Co to manage two rental properties for the last ten years. They have been consistently excellent in finding tenants, sorting problems and keeping me informed. They are always super helpful and efficient and I could not do without them.

We've had a really pleasant experience letting from Martin & co, staff are always friendly, communicative and happy to help. Maintenance issues are sorted quickly and would definitely recommend.

I wanted to get an apartment as soon as possible. The staff worked with me to get it on time . A helpful and wonderful team .But my only observation was that the apartment was not cleaned professionally.

I've decided to look for a flat with Martin & Co. Leeds City after having a good experience with Martin & Co before. However, the experience with Martin & Co Leeds City has been even better this time.

We all know how stressful it is when moving houses across a city, yet moving across the country may, for some, become even more difficult such as myself. The help and service I've been provided by Lauren has been absolutely incredible and I am very grateful. From the very first time we've met in the office of Martin & Co., Lauren has gone above and beyond. She has always responded to my emails immediately, she even took a step further and called me a couple of time to make sure the application process is going well, as well as to make sure I don't stress about the whole process either. The whole application process has been successfully done with the first two weeks after viewing the property.

I'm collecting the keys for my new flat this upcoming Wednesday and I'm surely going to thank Lauren in person for her incredible help. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co Leeds City to whoever decided to move to Leeds.

Very helpful and friendly, my move into my flat in June 2018 was very smooth and I haven't had any issues with Martin & Co. Can highly recommend!

My experience with Martin&Co thus far has been none other than excellent. I have been living in Leeds for almost 4 years now, using different estate agents and having various landlords for each year, with each one ranging from frustrating to down right atrocious. In contrast, Martin&Co have treated me wonderfully, not as potential profit, or as a young person who is easy to scam, but simply as a person looking for a home. Each staff member I have had contact with has taken the time and care to explain things properly, even going so far as to contact me and arrange viewings on the same day as new properties have become available. I would like to mention Umair in particular, for making me feel comfortable and at ease during viewings, and for being genuinely happy for me when I was accepted for my current property. Additionally Lauren, who helped me with my paperwork. My new home is exactly what I spent the best part of 5 months looking for, which I most likely would not have found without Umair's help.
