Any problems are sorted pretty quickly.

Martin and Co have been very helpful and they helped me get the flat sooner when I needed it more. They did everything they could to ensure everything went smoothly.

Most of the time Martin & Co have been swift to deal with any problem we have had. We had some long, long delays with certain things at the start of our tenancy, but this seems to have been mostly due to the landlord.

Lauren and Isobel have always provided an efficient and professional service whilst fully managing both of my flats.

Bailey showed us around the property we ended up renting and was very pleasant to deal with as are the staff in general. The service provided on the whole has been satisfactory although they are sometimes slow to respond to my maintenance issues and I have had to chase them up several times by phone. Thank you.

Found rental property through M&C. Isobel, who showed me round the property, was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the local area. She was extremely helpful during the signing process and has responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The staff in the office were also very approachable and helpful.

Elizabeth, Kate and the team at Martin & Co have been amazing since I first moved to Leeds City Centre over 3 years ago. This was my first experience of renting and they have helped me so much with this change in lifestyle. Everyone is friendly and professional and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I’ve just sold a buy to let property with Martin&Co and it has been effortless.
My main point of contact was Helen who is a true professional in every sense of the word. She was always there to answer the phone and emails if I had any questions. If she didn’t know the answer she would find it out and call me back.
