When I was looking for a company to replace my boiler and refit my shower, I asked several companies to quote. I'd not invited Martyn, but his sticker was on the boiler and you should have seen the fear that little sticker struck into the hearts of all the plumbers who saw it! All of them asked if I was going to get Martyn to quote and started telling me that his prices would be higher or that he'd be too busy etc. It was so clear that they were threatened by him that I decided to see what all the fuss was about and called him for a quote - and I'm glad I did.
Professional from start to finish, whichever member of the team arrives. Very fair prices, especially for a company that gives you no stress whatsoever. They found problems during installation but stuck to the original price, and it was all sorted within a few weeks.

Fitting a boiler felt like a huge undertaking never having done it before but the whole process was amazingly free of drama. Service was efficient and reliable, price was reasonable, installation was very professional, we are extremely happy with the outcome

Friendly, polite and informative. Apologized for being delayed on previous job and office provided text notification of ETA. Engineer, Nigel provided clear explanation of boiler condition and future service points to maintain it's condition and longevity. Paid on phone app and received invoice receipt and service/maintenance record via email. A small note I was expecting a Gas safe landlord certificate but as a home owner I expect that I could request one if needed e.g. if I was to sell the property or let it out or just provide recognised proof that the system is safe for peace of mind. My appointment pre-christmas was missed however the engineer provided a reasonable explanation but it did cause me some concern. My heating system contains a magna clean accessible under removable floor board and it was checked over too. Good work.
