Just an awareness really for anyone letting. This company will charge you for 4 FOUR YEARS commission if there is no change in tenancy (its all legal BUT in the small print) so beware!

Maxwell estates is an excellent estate agent. If anybody needs a estate agent to manage their let property I am highly recommending Maxwell Estate. They will find you a trusted tenant and sort out repairs ASAP.
