Superb experience and very professional from the first phone call to the completion of a new boiler and water tank installation. This was the first time using this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future ,i can not praise them enough .Excellent advice from Darren and top notch work from both Charlie & George great guys and very hard working. In this day and age I get inundated with requests for review no matter what you've bought and I must admit I ignore most of them! However, I am quite happy to do one for Mayne Gas Heating Ltd. as I have used them for a number of years, mostly for boiler servicing and minor plumbing jobs and have been very pleased with the service they have provided, but this time it was for a full boiler replacement. Sensibly, I got 2 other quotes, which were around the same price, with both companies recommended a larger boiler. Darren from Mayne gave us very good advice saying that this was not necessary and that a smaller one would be more than sufficient. He also advised us about building regulations regarding where the flue came out through the wall near a window that could be opened and how to resolve the problem, which the other 2 never mentioned! When his team turned up to start the job they were bang on time, very courteous and considerate, making sure they minimised any mess and clearing up after they finished. They made sure I was completely happy with everything before leaving and was impressed with the fact the company looked after all the necessary paperwork to get the boiler registered and the guarantee. I am more than happy to recommend Mayne Gas Heating Ltd!

The boiler was fitted by Mayne team 2 years ago and since installation they do send annual reminder to me (which helped me to keep track of it as without the reminder I would have probably forgot about it) contact them to arrange the service. Everything went smooth and engineer arrive on time. Nothing to fault on

Darren’s team carried out the replacement of my old boiler and hot water tank. The new boiler and tank were installed into the loft as originally, we had a traditional boiler and hot water cylinder in an airing cupboard. I have to say that the installers did an excellent job and were very polite and respectful during the work, which took almost 3 days.
I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting some heating and plumbing work. Very neat job, and the system work a treat now. So far, I have noticed that the new system is costing about 2/3rds that of the original system so that’s great. Many thanks to the installers.

If Carlsberg did Gas Heating Engineers they'd be the best in the world... and probably just like Mayne Gas Heating staff!!

From my initial phone call to the company about a potentially serious heating problem, Mayne couldn't have been better. The office staff were very helpful and quickly arranged an appointment for Darren to come and review the issue. The very next day he came to see us, looked at the system, explained the problem and a choice of solutions, taking the time to go through the detail. The next day a fully costed quotation arrived and a couple of additional questions from me answered. A mutually convenient date was agreed for the work to be carried out the next week and 'The A Team' duly arrived. Over the next two days the two engineers arrived on time, worked full days, explained any complications/issues that they found during the work and were generally a delight - as well as being professional and experienced staff. The work was carried out with minimal disruption and any mess was promptly cleaned up as they worked through the system. They were obviously highly experienced and qualified engineers and we were left feeling that we had our aging heating/water system was in the best shape possible - and at a cost that was excellent for the complexity of the work that had to be carried out. I have already engaged Mayne to carry out some further work and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We received an incredible service from Maynes.

They came out promptly and assessed our boiler, gave a competitive quote for a new one and arranged a fast installation. The two gentlemen who came and fitted the new boiler are a credit to the company. They were so lovely, polite and funny which was a tonic for my disabled husband. They weren't even phased by our miniature ponies!!! (We have huge dogs).
