I recently used Mayne Gas Heating to carry out the annual service on my gas central heating boiler. This was the third time I have used them and once again the engineer arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work cleanly & efficiently. He even phoned a colleague to check on a particular setting for my boiler to ensure that it was set up in the most efficient way and adjusted it accordingly.

We recently had our whole central heating system replaced. Mayne were professional, considerate, polite and hard-working. The work was carried out to a high standard and, in some cases, we were surprised when the engineers went the 'extra mile' to make good the disruption caused. A special mention must be given to the young apprentice who impressed us with his manners and hard work. We would highly recommend Mayne.

They sent me a reminder for a boiler service, it was easy to ring and make an appointment. The engineer was on time, very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was completed well.

Hi I have used this company for many years and have always had excellent service from them, Shaun was very thorough in servicing my boiler and everything was left clean and tidy I would recommend this company for excellent service.

Darren is extremely unprofessional. If you have a differing opinion regarding having to pay up front for their service, then not booking you in for another 3-4 weeks. He turns the tables on you to say you have become aggressive and has black listed you. 😂😂. I have never experienced such an obnoxious, self opinionated individual ever.

This is my second year with Mayne. I had a phone call to remind me my boiler was due a service. From this phone call until I made payment the service was excellent.
One of the things that worked really well for me was on the day I had a text which gave me updates to the exact time the engineer would arrive very reassuring.

Very pleasant and helpful telephonist . Booked appointment for the next day . Engineer came on time and was also very nice and helpful. Very tidy workman. Completed the job within 45 minutes or so.
Such a contrast to so many others who don't answer the phone or don't turn up . Would highly recommend

Had new energy efficient boiler fitted. Darren was really helpful investigating best energy efficient solution for our home. Jordan & Jack fitted new boiler in one day and were very efficient, polite & tidy. Would recommend Mayne Gas Heating to anyone considering a boiler replacement.

We needed to replace our 14 year old boiler, we have used Mayne before, so gave them a call. All the office team were polite and helpful. Jordan and Jack did an excellent install, drank some tea, ate some hobnobs, and cleaned up when they had finished. All good here!

A great process all the way through, easy to book with, a text on expected arrival time and work staff very helpful. Found the best option very quickly.

Engineer attended my property within the time frame and was aware of the task they had to do. He was showed where the working location was and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Happy with the work completed and will be using again for future work.

I needed my central heating controls replaced. Mayne Gas were very helpful with advice for the best solution as my old system was obsolete. A team of two came to my house and worked diligently for the day on what was technically quite a difficult job. They were very friendly, professional and polite. They did a good job and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - and I say this as a property manager responsible for a substantial housing estate.

Just had my boiler serviced again by Mayne. Can recomend their customer service and maintainance officers as all are very friendly and helpful.

Sean attended on Monday to service our Vaillant combi boiler as per arranged last week. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately and efficiently. All went very smoothly and quietly. First class company and competent staff. Highly recommended.

I've used Mayne a number of times over the past few years and every time the service has been fantastic, I've never had reason to fault them from the staff answering the phones through to the engineers carrying out the work. On this most recent occasion I'd contacted Mayne due to a leak at a property we rent out. Mayne were able to attend the property within a few hours of me calling and the engineer rang me to explain the situation whilst he was still in attendance at the property, so we could agree a course of action. After receiving a quote the work was agreed to be carried out a few days later. I subsequently received a phone call from Mayne to notify me that the work had not taken as long as originally thought and that they were issuing me a refund - there aren't many companies who are that honest! If you're looking for a professional and honest service then I would definitely recommend Mayne.
