Had a leak under my sink phoned at 9 and someone was out to me by 10.30 same day. Efficient, COVID safe service as always with friendly but professional staff. Lovely to see a female apprentice learning the trade as well.

I have just had a new Vaillant boiler put in by Mayne as I am having a new kitchen fitted soon and wanted a boiler that can be put in a cupboard, while they were here we also had a vertical radiator in the kitchen and large radiator in the conservatory.

They also removed the old existing domestic tank put a new slimline stainless steel cylinder with all pipe work and controls

All work was carried out expertly and with respect and courtesy as to the times we are living,
the plumbers were very clean workers and incurred no mess at all and they all made sure we were happy with the work carried out and was of the highest standard we were pleased that they didn’t smoke and no bad language was used.

Jacob, Jordan & George are a credit to Mayne plumbing they are friendly and excellent workers nothing was to much trouble.

My husband initially wanted a higher KW boiler but Darren Mayne was sure we didn’t and explained why and we both have to say he was right and the boiler works very well and the bungalow is lovely and warm and the boiler is very quiet.

All in all I would highly recommend Mayne heating and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Had an issue with my boiler and after a quick 'Google' I found Mayne. Excellent reviews and a further recommendation by a friend prompted me to contact them. From initial contact to job completion, a thoroughly professional service. Jordan was our engineer and was polite & courteous, COVID safe and upon completion he gave us a thorough breakdown of the work completed and the tests he had done (reasonable price too!). Can't recommend him and Mayne enough. Will be using them for my yearly service from now on. Cheers

A first class service from this excellent firm. From Darren's initial visit to saying goodbye to Charlie, I found the whole team to be a pleasure to have in the house. They took the trouble to explain what was going on at all stages, arrived when they said they would and all worked exceptionally hard. They observed all the necessary Covid restrictions and dealt with the one hiccup which occurred with the proficiency and good humour which seem to be the Mayne hallmark. I would recommend anyone to check them out.

Please do not use this company. I had used used them for a few years to service my boiler and last year they told me I needed a new boiler as the parts required to fix my existing on would be expensive and would take a week to get but they could install a new boiler the following day. I chose the new boiler which cost me over £2,500. It was installed and worked fine until a couple of weeks after the first service where it kept cutting out and I had no hot water. I asked for someone to come out and have a look as to why, when I had only just had a service the boiler was not working and was told I would need to pay for an engineers visit. Clearly I was not happy about that and this company's response by the owner Darren that I should simply put up with not having hot water.

Excellent company. Always very good customer service. I use them for odd plumbing jobs and gas safety certificates and they are always very efficient and no time wasting. They are happy to take on the little jobs or bigger jobs in stages if you are doing up a property. Reasonable charges. Would definitely recommend.

Our boiler failed on 28th January. The installation team arrived 08:30 on Tuesday 9th February to replace the boiler and 11 radiators, and departed 17:30 Wednesday 10th. The installation was carried out in an exemplary and delightful fashion - I cannot imagine a team being more assiduous, polite, professional, thorough, competent and thoughtful. We are very pleased with the way in which the installation was carried and the resulting new system - it is significantly better than the old!

Our dealings with the company from start to finish have been excellent, from advising how best to deal with the failed boiler and the system as a whole to final installation and follow-up. A pleasure to have met them - they'll be our first port of call next time.

Mayne Gas Heating have simply got it right! Darren and his whole team provided an efficient,friendly and professional service from start to finish. After a leak, which left us without running water, Darren came to our aid, quoted and completed the work, on time and on cost. A rare occurrence indeed. Highly recommended.

We recently employed Daz Mayne heating engineers to fit a combi boiler system whilst removing all unwanted parts from the old boiler system. Having been recommended by my daughter , Darren Mayne duly arrived and explained very comprehensively the system which would be better for my needs and why . He gave us a price within a few days and a date for the fitting was arranged. Three of his engineers Jordan,Jacob and George arrived with all the parts required and proceeded with the installation. All this work over two days took place with enthusiasm being keen to answer any questions we had and after the installation explained every thing we needed to know and stressed they were accessible at any time to resolve any problems we may have along the way. The very polite young men could not have been more enthusiastic and keen to help in any way. I cannot thank them enough for their efficiency and without doubt a credit to the company, in conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend this Daz Mayne heating engineers to anyone.

Quick to respond to our problem - lack of heat in our radiators - and had it sorted within the hour. Thoroughly professional job and highly recommended.

I found Mayne Gas Heating searching the web and was impressed with the many good reviews. From home inspection, quotation and central heating/boiler installation the company not only lived up to those reviews but in my opinion exceeded them.

I received multiple quotations but Mayne Gas Heating was comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand. I required 8 new radiators, new combi boiler, removal of old boiler (bedroom cupboard), and removal of the loft water tanks.

The installation team of Charlie, Jordon & Jacob completed the work within 3 days (heat & hot water available 2nd day) and performed a very professional job. I only wish I could post pictures with the review because everything looks great. It is what you cannot see which really impressed me. My closet in the bedroom has doubled in size with removal of the old hot water tank and the many pipes. A comprehensive removal and not just a basic removal. Even the outside wall bricks used to complete the flu was a pretty good match. Many thanks to the installation team.

Darren, the office staff and the installation team performed a very professional install and for that reason award them maximum 5 stars. I highly recommend Mayne Gas Heating and will have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

I forgot to mention COVID! Not once did I have to ask the installation team to wear masks or be careful. They were prepared before entering the house and maintained/respected health, safety and distance at all times.

Engineers were very professional. They did a great job with care and consideration. Parts were ordered and were available quickly. Job well done .

I recently had an entirely new gas central heating system installed. The survey was carried out less than 12 hours after my initial enquiry and the quote was supplied within a week. Charlie Smith and his young team did an excellent job with the installation. It was completed on time, so far everything is working well and I'm happy with the quality of the workmanship. The lads were punctual, polite and, on the whole, tidy workers. A couple of issues arose involving accidental damage to my property but these were rectified. Overall, the customer service was very impressive.
