It does a great job removing water from the flat and although only just purchased is working efficiently already! Am hoping it will help the damp and mould problem. Very impressed with it so far

This is the best humidifier on the market.It extracts damp effeciently and is wonderful at drying clothes in our wet damp climate. I wouldn't be without it.

Dd8L Zambezi NO; Dd8L YES
Purchase zambezi model; not only complicated to use no buttons just arrows and straight out of the box it didn’t work. Sent back and refunded. Nice polite lady on phone. Purchased the Dd8L standard model with buttons much easier to use and works. So * star for Dd8L zambezi; •••• Dd8L standard- disappointing not having hygrometer built in.

The service was prompt and clear. Once arrived, the product was heavy but manageable. While we haven’t had the hot weather to test out all of its capabilities, the test runs we have done have been effective.

Great unit but improve the instructions
I bought the 7000 unit and am pleased with it. It works well and is very quiet. The price was good too. Only downside is the instruction manual. It doesn't provide all the necessary installation and operation info (I had to resort to Copilot !) and says nothing about how to insulate the exit hose in a casement window which is tricky.

Clear instructions and worked perfectly. Would be helpful to have a recommended site from which to order new air filters. Ours was a Meaco arete two and it took awhile to find one that would fit this model. Got there in the end .

Very simple ordering and great delivery
Identifying which filter I needed for my machine was very easy and the ordering process was simply itself. The order arrived the next day, which pleasantly surprised me, so much so I told my wife I wasn’t expecting any deliveries, when it arrived I didn’t know what the package was.
Fantastic service and the filters were a very reasonable price given what they do and that they are Hepa 3.
I’d definitely recommend and will be happy to reorder when needed.
