Very simple ordering and great delivery
Identifying which filter I needed for my machine was very easy and the ordering process was simply itself. The order arrived the next day, which pleasantly surprised me, so much so I told my wife I wasn’t expecting any deliveries, when it arrived I didn’t know what the package was.
Fantastic service and the filters were a very reasonable price given what they do and that they are Hepa 3.
I’d definitely recommend and will be happy to reorder when needed.

The dehumidifier and air purifier work quietly. I'm surprised the 12-litre tank is filled with water after 15 days, as it is only a dehumidifier for about 3 or 4 hours each day - first class.

We’ve looked into the delivery and can confirm the parcel was successfully delivered to your neighbour. We’ve also been advised that your neighbour accepted the parcel and then passed it on to someone else.
As the delivery was completed correctly to the address provided and accepted by a neighbour, this unfortunately becomes a civil matter between those involved. We don’t have control over what happens to the parcel after it has been accepted at the delivery address unfortunately.
We do understand this is frustrating and would recommend following up directly with your neighbour to resolve this.

Meaco Dry 12L Arête One Dehumidifier White
I purchased a Meaco dehumidifier in January 2024, the reason I bought this was because my daughter had bought one a few years previously and had no issues or problems with it. In January 2025 I turned on the dehumidifier and it didn’t turn on or light up, and as this had never happened before I knew that I had a problem. I knew that I would be covered as they did an extended warranty. I sent them an email explaining what had occurred on that day, and they sent me back an email explaining what they wanted me to do to get my dehumidifier sent to them so they could get on with the assessment of my dehumidifier so that it could be fixed, repaired and returned back to me as soon as possible.
I couldn’t believe how quick they notified me to let me know that the problem was resolved and was fixed and in good working order. A couple of days later I received my delivery of my Meaco dehumidifier all in good working condition. I was so pleased to have it back as weather still hadn’t improved to be able to hang my washing outside to dry. As I’m disabled I didn’t miss hanging my clothes outside at all I missed my clothes dryer indoors as I had a large indoor airer that held a machine wash load so it came out of my washing machine onto my airer, put my Meaco dehumidifier on then forget about it for a few hours. I have no black mould in any of my 2 bedroom bungalow rooms, but I’ve always opened windows when drying washing indoors before I bought the dehumidifier and kept doors opened also. It speeds up the drying process even though I have heating on in winter it’s not same as it extracts water from washing indoors and dries in half time with a dehumidifier, also you don’t get the damp smell that you get with washing hanging about for too many days on an airer. My experience of my dehumidifier is like having my outside washing line indoors it’s that easy and convenient and is less hassle and is like having my best friend by my side to help me every day.
