We already have one of these air conditioners and we're very pleased with the effect last year during the heatwave so decided to buy a second for another part of the house.
The price was best from the manufacturers itself.
It can be a little noisy but would still recommend.

MEACO dehumidifier stopped collecting…
MEACO dehumidifier stopped collecting water . Fan runs but had stopped collecting water.. just out of guarantee. So I took it apart and found the start capacitor for the compressor had blown up and I mean blown up . Easy to change and easy to get 6uf .now working again but the capacitor fitted doesn't look suitable for the job . Ive fitted a proper compressor start capacitor to ensure a reliable fix.
Im an electrical engineer, if your not sure get someone to look at your unit but its an easy fix if yours has the same problem.

There was a delay in receiving my order, as the package was returned stating that i refused the delivery, which never occurred. Kiran called to confirm the return, and arranged for re-delivery within 2 days. Totally happy with this dehumidifier, does a good job!

I just wanted to share my experience with Meaco.
I had a machine from them that unfortunately failed after about two years, but I have to say — their response was absolutely outstanding.
They sent me a box, arranged everything, and handled the return for repair smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was really straightforward.
The staff were also incredibly helpful on the phone, which really builds my trust in Meaco products.
There aren’t not many companies out there that offer this level of care and customer service anymore — genuinely impressive.
