Dehumidifier returned under warranty…
Dehumidifier returned under warranty had a fault after 2 years. Collected on a Friday and returned on the following Wednesday all fixed. Customer service on phone excellent however very slow at answering emails so much so had to ring customer service for a respones

Using DPD is going to cripple you
Using DPD is going to cripple you
They have ‘attempted’ 3 times
Still not got it
Yesterday when they attempted, I watched the driver pull up, take a photo from his window of my apartment block, and drive away, marking as No answer on door. I’m on the ground floor
So still haven’t received item, the reason I tend to stick to Amazon. Prefer to support other business’ but just can’t as the 3rd party Delivery companies are becoming that unreliable.

Poor customer service
DPD were unable to deliver my item due to a technical issue on their side, and the parcel ended up being returned to the seller even though I never actually received it.
What was frustrating is that the seller chose to wait for the item to be returned to their depot before sending a replacement. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like a waste of time when the delivery failure was clearly due to a carrier issue.
The situation could have been resolved and the item delivered last week, but instead I had to wait an additional three days before receiving it. A quicker replacement process in cases like this would make the experience much smoother for customers.

Great product - just not for when you are sleeping
It works really well and is user-friendly. We bought the quietest option because we wanted to the dehumidifier to run in our bedroom while we sleep. Unfortunately, the noise it makes changes and shifts depending on the humidity level so it wakes us up at night. We now only run it during the day and it does a great job.
