Meezaan bank is charging doller rate 253 when i Call the call center and ask them why there is difference of 26 rupees they said rate is according to meezan bank website and when i chek rates there rate was 227.well ask them to arrange a call with floor manager
So he calls and his attitude was such rude and rubbish he said we don’t know anything and department decides rate i ask them to plz inquire them he said we don’t knw anything so here is so called customer service of a Floot manager.

Bunch of thieves and crooks. If they were in UK I would have sent them in prison.
No checks in Pakistan to put banks like them on leash.
They haven’t sent email beforehand to inform me about increased annual debit card fee.
Cheap bank.

Poor Service Pathetic Staff at Tariq Road Branch
They have hired rubbish people in their Tariq Road PECHS Block 2 branch. They don't even know how to open a current account. Please re-open my complaint C000881108. Their complaints department is not even bothering to respond me as I am emailing them from 2-3 days still waiting for the response.

Be ware overseas Pakistanis ! Don't send your remittance to this bank because they are scammers they will deduct additional amount on your remittance and won't let you even open the complaint when you call the helpline. Then if you try to open the complaint online on their website it will not show up. I regret I chose this worst bank.
