Placed order for new lid. Received a phone call shortly after to say it's out of stock despite been shown on the website as in stock. Got delivery charge refunded and was kept up to date as to the new delivery date. Received week later. Problem dealt with well and staff pleasant to deal with

i found my size and make of helmet very easily which struggled with other sites very well priced and quick postage i will be using this site again

Purchased a new Alpinestars helmet yesterday and the quality is first class. But the service I received was even better.. initially there was a problem with delivery, being it was a bank holiday, but I discussed this with the store and they did everything they could to ensure I got my helmet. I’m not sure how going the extra mile can be properly defined but this team went beyond the extra mile! You can speak to friendly professional people who actually care about your custom. Just because they sell all of the gear you need from top brands cheaper than most other places there is no compromise in service. This is my new go to place for motorcycle gear. I would especially like to thank Tom and Miça for helping me..I have never received service like this and you are both assets to this company. Many thanks

I placed an order & shortly after was contacted by Tom to make me aware of an issue that was identified in the warehouse when packing my order, the size of the item I had ordered was not labelled correctly by the manufacturer. I was offered a replacement item & they went over & above to rectify the issue for me without further expense for me which was greatly appreciated. I accepted the replacement item, which was then received within 2 working days, top customer service.

I recently bought an rst leather jacket and the service I received was excellent.

What a great service from Frankie @this store. They had a pair of RST S1 textile trousers in stock only had the 1pair left in my size asked if he could do a better price than on there website & Frankie came up trumps.no haggling. From purchase to checkout could not have been more pleased & updated all the way to posting. Dpd 24hrs later they arrived perfect condition perfect fit. Over the moon with the purchase I made. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again fantastic service. Thank you very much for all the help. 😉👍😊

Brodie was amazing, needed to get my first load of gear and he was really informative and non-judgemental, even gave tips on bike care and buying bikes second hand. Really thankful for his advice and help even though we were there for an hour or so!

The shop is having a lot of choice and you will find what you look.
However the staff is incapable of give you good advice. I came in good faith stating i needed help to choose a helmet. I followed the sales person advice, and bought a HJC.
After 3 day of riding with it, my forehead is in dire pain. The helmet is too small the eps is already compressed where my forehead sits. But as per the sale person, the helmet will shape. Presenting it to my instructor, a very basic check and he confirmed i should have never bought and be guided to buy this helmet.
I am not going to come back unless i know exactly what i want and i wont need the support of the sales team.

I ordered a leather bike jacket that was a little tight on me.
Sent back free of charge and bigger size sent the next day.
Cannot ask for better service than that.

Fantastic experience …… in the end today, whilst shopping for a full set, head to toe of top quality gear at a great price.
Not so great a start to be honest with young inexperienced staff, but then I met up with the manager Tom. Tom was brilliant, really helpful and knew what he was talking about.
Gave great advice, from which, I changed the previously selected jacket, trousers and boots, and confirmed my choice of helmet and gloves.
Great shop, great prices…….and Tom is an absolute asset to this business. Thank you!

What a great company to deal with. My experience was very different to others who have reviewed, I can't fault this company or my transaction and I'll be using them again.
I was chasing a hard to get a particular item, old stock and at a reduced price but not many about. Having tracked one down here I bought it but received an apology to say no longer in stock. I've had lots of companies offer stuff then say it wasn't available but in this case what I also had was an offer of an immediate refund or some attractive alternative items. I ended up with a very, very good deal on an upgraded alternative, with excellent and helpful comms throughout.
I'd have no problem recommending mega motorcycle store and I'll be using them again. Thanks guys

Poor - ordered the red RST leathers they called me and said they are out of stock after I’d paid, they then said on the Friday they can replace with just black ones to which I agreed (they checked and said they are in stock) I sent an email Monday 6 days after my order was placed after paying for next day delivery, I then got a phone call that afternoon to say they are out of stock. How incompetent.. I wouldn’t bother I’d go somewhere else

Order textile trousers online, they were delivered and were a horrible fit. Felt cheap and badly manufactured. But hey, that could of been my fault for not getting the most expensive. Which is fine. But now I cannot return them. I have opened a return order with the return portal 2 weeks ago now and still not received an update how to return, while they sit on my money. The return order just states pending.

Have been trying to contact this company for a stock enquiry for over a week now with no reply on e-Mail, when I call up, I get placed on a never ending hold by customer service and then the call will just hang up after 10/15 minutes of waiting for the customer service to come back. Call back up after disconnection/call hung up, and explain what has happened and if they have managed to get the information requested on the last call and they do the same thing over and over again without ever giving the information on one of their products that I am asking about.

Was also at their store in Swindon last weekend and the amount of rude staff that are unbothered about actually trying to help you or resolve a problem is absolutely shocking. Was shunned off after asking simple questions on several occasions, quite frustrating when you are trying to purchase motorcycle gear that is supposed to keep you safe.

1 star is being generous.

Ordered a jacket and after a week then order still states pending. Cannot get a response or update from the company. Money has been taken from my bank.

Ordered a pair of RST Roadster ii CE vintage brown boots size 9 on 23/03/24, showing as in stock. On 26/93/24 order still showing as pending so sent a message. Had reply saying they are out of stock now and offered me a size 10 or a black pair! Obviously declined as I wanted what I had ordered and requested a refund. My messages asking for when I might get this refund so I can buy from elsewhere have been ignored and no feedback given or refund received. Not impressed with the buying process and lack of any after sales customer service.

I used Mega Motorcycle Store on a whim because their pricing was the best about for what I wanted and the returns policy is spot on. I have ordered twice now and both times I had my item on a next day delivery, couldn't be happier. More money in my pocket and expectations met. Thanks!

Great service from Tom and Matt! Not entirely the smoothest experience I've ever had, but managed to solve all my issues eventually!

I purchased a motorcycle jacket and trousers from the team at Mega Motorcycle Store two weeks ago. Price was the lowest I could find on the web and service was exceptional. Lots of communications especially when trying to exchange one of my items for a larger size. I would happily spend my money here in the future. Thank you.
