I received a lot of help beforehand to decide which mattresses to buy and everything afterwards was very easy (ordering, delivery, setup) and the price was great!

Very impressed with quality, cost and service. One comment is my pillows still smell a bit 'latexy' but other than that would highly recommended to friends and family.

For the first few weeks my mattress was wonderful, but slowly and surely it deteriorated, and after just 10 months I was sleeping in a permanent pit, with no back support whatsoever. We had the cheapest foam mattresses as kids and these behave exactly the same. Take the cover off and it's a cheap lump of foam. I eventually managed to get 80% of my money back, but wish I'd never set eyes on them. Nice enough people to deal with, but like all company's they don't want to give money back. The product is really sub standard in my humble opinion. It cost me time, money and sleep.

Excellent product, price, delivery and service. My circumstances were a little out of the ordinary but Memory-Mattress went out of their way to help me. I recommend them without hesitation.

Although there was initially a mix-up with my order, I received an email explaining the situation within hours of writing to them to let them know. The mistake was rectified quickly and professionally. I'd certainly recommend this company to my friends. The mattress topper is extremely comfortable as are the pillows.
