David Loveday was absolutely…
David Loveday was absolutely incredible. He helped us so much when we had no water running and he left us with water so the supply issue would not affect us. All in all could not recommend him enough and i am forever grateful to him. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Moved in to Princethorpe Court a few…
Moved in to Princethorpe Court a few weeks ago. Staff are nice and residents seem friendly. Had a few issues with shower and front door but was quickly resolved. Flat was nice and clean, the whole building is kept clean and smells nice. Think I'm going to like living here.

Update: job was booked in infront of me as work in thw loft needed doing, I waited all day and no one came! Called Midland heart, nothing on their system. Jagjits service gets 5 stars still however the team get zero!

No official rent increase letter received.
I did not receive notice of the yearly rent increase in writing with any detail. On requesting this I was just sent an email with a figure on but no means of official verification so, for all I know, it could just be any figure plucked out of thin air. As advised on the government website, I have refrained from increasing my rent payments until this matter is resolved.
