Not satisfied at all. Would not purchase again
My experience of buying a floor box was frustrating. It took them 10 days to process the order. I had to call 3 times to get a response from them. After each call, they were about to return the call with more information. It didn't happen. The delivery was not for the full order so I had to call them again. And it was for the wrong item. Their explanation was that the item I have ordered would not work as I have ordered it so they have decided, without letting me know, to send me the correct in their opinion item. I have got a comment from their side "10mm are not that much." when I told them that I have received 10mm deeper floor box.

Firstly, I apologise on behalf of the Online Sales Team. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your initial experience did not meet that standard.
Secondly, I did mention that if the 10mm discrepancy was an issue I would be more than happy to ship replacement boxes (free of charge), next day delivery.
This occured because of a purchase order error and our supplier shipped the wrong model. I do apologise once again.

Conservatory fan from Midshires Electrical
Midshires Electrical supplied a new Westinghouse fan for our conservatory. The item was delivered promptly and was well packaged. I had contacted their helpline before ordering the fan and I helpful advice regarding the fitting of the fan which was a replacement for our old fan. I would have no hesitation ordering again from Midshires Electrical.

Good service but sent me a different part from the one I ordered. Not there fault as the manufacturer sent it but a note of explanation who have saved any issues and reassured me it was fit for purpose.
