Within days of enquiring about the Canon R200-800 I was in the shop in Brixham picking mine up. I have been shopping at Mifsuds for over 15 years and its always a pleasure to drop in for chat and to nose around their new and extensive 2nd hand equipment.
Also excellent for mail order and part exchange - i have had plenty of used kit from them over the years without any problems.

I purchased a used Nikon camera, the description was good enough to make me risk buying online for the first time from Mifsuds. The camera arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was delighted to see that it was in better condition than I had expected with the added bonus that the sensor had been cleaned and firmware updated as part of the sale! Matthew kept me informed every step of the way. Top service, will definitely use again!!

Amazing place, they had a canon lens adapter that I had been looking for, I couldn't find it in stock anywhere else in the county but they had it ! Matthew was very helpful, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Not a good experience with this shop. They bought a camera from me on eBay which was exactly as described but then rejected it. Looking at their website, you can see how much mark-up they make on such things. So best to try eBay first before paying a premium with this shop for second-hane equipment.

I am in Kent and yet I deal with Mifsuds who are over 200 miles away from me. They offer a great old fashioned service and have never let me down. Good used products, more or less new, and swift service.

When returning a faulty used pair of Binoculars they went out of their way to get them repaired by contacting the manufacturer and then repairing them in house. Binoculars then returned by secure delivery without any charge. Great customer service!
In addition to that probably one of the best photographic shops in the country with very helpful staff.

What a great camera shop , very rare to find an original dedicated camera shop like this now , very helpful, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, staff were all keen photographers too with plenty of knowledge.

I have been using Mifsuds for over 10 years and every single time they deliver excellence in terms of customer service and product. A good example of this was a recent drama averted by Mifsuds when our daughter’s 7D stopped working on Saturday with a looming deadline on Monday for a GCSE shoot which had been left to the last minute. Not only did Mifsuds go above and beyond in terms of opening out of hours following a call but we left with a much better camera and our pockets felt a lot better for it. If I could score 6stars+ I would do it every time. Thanks all

Been looking for a Billingham 335 bag , spotted one on Mifsuds website, spoke to Matthew on Wednesday morning and the bag was with me Thursday lunchtime.
Bag was exactly as described, which I didn’t doubt, having bought my 225 from Matthew earlier this year.

Mifsuds has been my go-to photography dealer for a number of years now. From the very outset I have found Matt and his staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They really take their time to listen and understand my requirements so that I always come away with what is right for me, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have both bought and sold from them on numerous occasions, including a recent trade-in entailing a major change of gear. There are plenty of camera shops a lot nearer to where I live, but I can't see why I would want to go anywhere else when they provide such an excellent service.

I have used Mifsuds since I first got into photography four years ago. I have purchased several cameras & lenses from them, had camera sensors cleaned and also sold equipment to them, & the service they provide is the best I have experienced.
They are a family business & are recognised in the camera industry as one of the finest. David

Genuine personable team in-store, great customer service, nothing was too much and even gave me a free gift as I was leaving. Asked for a quote on Wednesday to trade in four lenses. Had a response within one hour. Posted next morning and delivered to Mifsuds on Friday morning. Cash in bank Saturday morning. Frequent emails to update me on progress. Very happy with price paid and outstanding service.

Matt was really helpful and friendly from the moment I entered the shop. As an amateur, I had no clue what I was really looking for and Matt provided me with the guidance I needed to make an informed decision on equipment best suited to me without feeling pressured. There’s a huge range of equipment to rent, as-well as purchase and all at really great prices. Highly recommend!!
