Never parked in this garage before; was concerned about safety, where to park for the Harris Theater, and being in the area on the night of the Xmas tree lighting.
The garage parking was great!
I so appreciated ALL the garage attendees on the scene for the guidance, safety, and RELIEF I felt after driving 2 and a half hours in city traffic to attend the Rachel Maddow discussion at the Harris Theater.

Millenium Park Garage was very easy to enter and exit as written in the instructions. The bonus was using a promotional code by subscribing to their website. It was inexpensive compared to other parking garages. Millennium Park Garage is always my 1st choice along Michigan Avenue or Columbus Drive.

This is about the website only NOT the parking. The website is horribly glitchy. Tried to fill out the parking over ten times on my laptop -- but the credit card info boxes disappeared as soon as I put in my email address. Wouldn't recognize the promo code. Tried using my husband's phone. Nope -- same thing. Crashed the second he put in his license plate number. Finally got it to work on my phone after two more attempts.
