Good value service, covered the salient points

Easy to arrange a Homebuyers survey, was done within two days and report provided after five days (including weekend). Provision of basic Homebuyers survey as per RICS standard.

After being given bad advice by my mortgage broker and estate agent I rang up Miller Metcalfe for help. The woman who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and polite, and talked me through all my questions without making me feel stupid. Her advice has been invaluable and led me to booking a surveyor from you. I later emailed the booking team who were very helpful and even co-ordinated directly with my estate agent to get access to the property. When the surveyor completed the report he phoned me to talk me through it, and I found after sales and the report itself thorough and helpful.

I contacted Miller Metcalfe Surveyors on recommendation from my Estate Agent. From the initial contact with Paul at Miller Metcalfe I knew these were the surveyors I was going to use. They were professional, polite and all the information and follow ups they gave me were great and informative without being 'pushy'. From speaking to a lady on the phone they advised me of the best kind of survey for my new home and actually saved me money doing this!
The information about the survey was great and from initial booking the survey was carried out in a very fast turnaround.
Following the survey Tim the surveyor rang me the very same day to give me a brief outline of what was found on his visit. This was invaluable information and set my mind at ease. The survey was delivered via email a few days later and was very detailed and very easy to understand.
All in all a fantastic service and certainly helped put my mind at ease about my new home. I'm so glad I came across Miller Metcalfe Surveyors and would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Good pricing, good service! The homebuyer's report completed for us was very thorough with good detail and was completed and returned to us promptly. While we had some concerns with areas of investigation that were highlighted as a '3' in red - many of these areas are where the survey had not covered at great lengths and, therefore, had recommendations to seek further specialist advice as appropriate.

Excellent service from Miller Metcalfe, they were able to carry out our survey in good time, their quote was the most competitive by quite some distance and the Homebuyers report was thorough, well written and detailed. The surveyor called me immediately after the survey to discuss his findings and was knowledgeable and professional and had clearly researched the area and the property, we also received feedback from the vendor that he was pleasant to deal with during the survey itself.

The whole process of booking the survey in and getting the report back was extremely straightforward and well communicated.

I'm deducting a star as we had requested that the surveyor call us to run through the survey (a service that is provided if specifically requested) but unfortunately this never happened. Other than that, I thought it was a very easy process and would definitely use their services again in the future.

The home buyers report helped me to reduce the asking price on a property i am purchasing. Without this report i would have overpaid on the property. Really detailed and thorough
