Great shopping experience and advice
After doing research online, we went to Aberdeen Millets. It made such a difference to have Neil advising us on the first 65lt rucksack for our daughter. He not only explained patiently the advantages of the different models , and how to fit them properly, but also matched the online price snd discount that we had seen during our research. Both the shop and the service (specially Neil’s advice) strongly recommended.

The lady from Hong Kong who attended to me was impressively welcoming and accommodating.
She attended to every single question i asked and at some point i felt guilty because she had to go into the store almost 4 times changing shoes to get one that would be my size.

Ordered a pair of walking trousers…
Ordered a pair of walking trousers online but when delivered found they was a bit on the large size for me. I returned them to the local store and asked for an exchange. However as not a smaller size in store received a refund. When back looking at the online store the price had increased. Contact millets by email explaining the issue and asked if I could order the smaller size at same costs of first pair ordered but advised this was not possible.
Update 7 December 2022. Just received a very polite phone call from a representative of your company who confirmed that I was able to order / exchange the trousers for a smaller size at the same cost I paid during Black Friday. Very helpful girl and say many thanks for the assistance

Wow wow wow. I just love this little shop.
