I was so lucky to meet Brad in Millets…
I was so lucky to meet Brad in Millets in Chippenham, where I was looking for a pair of walking shoes for summer use. Brad was brilliant, he knew the stock well, listened to my requirements ( wide toe box), and was able to show me three walking shoes for me to try on. Great service
We visited the store last week to replace my daughter’s walking boots ready for her DofE. Doug couldn’t have been more helpful and gave friendly and helpful advice. We had purchased most of the rest of her kit in Go Outdoors but the service there was not a patch on the Chippenham Millets. We’ll be back for sure!
