Great service from one the last remaining proper high street shops staffed by people who make it a pleasure to visit. Well done Vicki!

Vicki was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the footwear. Had to take some walking shoes back because they slightly tight but she was extremely helpful and made sure that I got the right pair.
Definitely recommend.

Served by Doug who was super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Always find the Chippenham store staff extremely helpful, a good selection of stock. I’ve purchased many items there & hope to continue to do so ;)

Went into store today to get Daughters equipment & clothing for DofE found staff to be very helpful & knowledgeable even to upsizing the jacket to enable layers underneath & rucksack with rain cover to keep everything dry.

Excellent service finding Dofe items for my son.

Went into Chippenham store today and asked about specific items that we wanted.

The person that served us helped us by going to find the items but the customer service I received made me feel unwelcome and as though I was a nuisance, despite me making two purchases.

The last thing that was said to me as I left was ‘Are you going now?’ with a faux laugh which was a microaggression. Needless to say, Millets are not the only stockists that sold what we needed and I won’t be going back.

The team at Chippenham Millets are all very lovely. I had Jim help me today with selecting some walking boots. He helped me understand the different treads and what terrains they are good for so I was able to choose 3 pairs to try on. I took my time to try them on and Jim was attentive the whole way. Very happy with my purchase because they are good quality shoes at a very good price! I love this store and will go back for clothing too

Called in to the Chippenham store today on a whim. Looked at walking boots/shoes. Didn't find anything comfortable in my 'budget' but so glad Denise mentioned that a Merrell boot could change my mind as it would likely be a perfect fit for me ..... 2 minutes later and I was sold. Definitely worth the bit extra (with my Blue Light Card discount) and so pleased I listened to that wise advice !

I had visited four shops before I got you your Chippenham branch not that you were my last choice the other shops I visited were for other items that you don’t sell, however I did notice in two of the other shops the customer service was terrible! So what a treat when I arrived at your store, the lady in there was really helpful and friendly, she couldn’t get me sorted out with my first item (didn’t have my size) she asked when I needed the item and we can order it for you delivered to your door so I got what I wanted, while she was ringing up my purchase I told her I needed something to clean my trainers, she told me all about the items she had and one in particular she had used and could recommend then I spotted another item I had been thinking about getting for a few weeks but wasn’t urgent so I got that as well, so three sales all because you young lady was so helpful, she is a credit to your store .

We visited your Chippenham store on the 22/12 with a view to trying to find some suitable walking boots. I have particularly wide feet and always struggle to find comfortable footwear and normally any shop assistance that deal with me give up and lose interest in my plight to find the right boots/shoes. On this occasion, due to the very welcoming and professional approach of Mark that day and his willingness to help and he showed true empathy with my problem, I was able to find the right pair of boots. I have rarely felt so pleased to buy and this was entirely because of Mark. He is first class at his job and deserves recognition for it. Thank you so much Mark.
