The sales assistants Soph & Lee,we're so professional,extremely sociable and friendly, let me make choices without being too pushy,,made really nice polite conversation with myself and my girlfriend,, and I left the shop feeling I had great customer care from really friendly genuine people 😊.,The shop also had a truly awesome stock of outdoor clothing and accessories, and I found what I was looking for immediately, and at a good price,,10 out of 10 for customer service,and generally being decent polite friendly people

Sophie was great, she was really informative about the bags and how waterproof they were.

Amazing service and customer care from Mandy who went out of her way helping us - well above and beyond what we could have ever expected. She was extremely friendly, gave good advice and solutions which helped to diffuse a frustrating situation when my partner’s boots fell apart right at the beginning of our trip. She was so good I bought a pair too!

I had such great help today from Rob at Millets Colchester helping me pick a pair of walking boots. I have always had such a problem with picking any shoes/boots as have many foot problems. He was so patient and offered good advice.

Phoned up to see if the foldable chairs in stock which they where very friendly and helpful put them aside for me till I got to the shop.when got to the shop very friendly and helpful very happy with the cost,
was going to buy 4 bought 6 instead.

We went to Millets yesterday to pick up some waterproof coats for our twins. We left with two great coats and two football boots bags. All with the help from Cody who did a great job suggesting different designs.
We even came back later the same day to see if they had an any sports base layers. Happy to spend money in any shop where you get good, friendly service.

Lee was really helpful in finding what I needed. He was pleasant, not pushy, but I still managed to find myself adding to the original order from the suggestions he made. Shopping is always more enjoyable when you get to speak to a real person. First time in a very long while, but I might return a bit sooner next time.
