I found a pair of boots on the Millets…
I found a pair of boots on the Millets website but wanted to try them on before buying them. I phoned the store and spoke to a very helpful lady. She checked the stock while I waited and put a pair aside for me to collect. I called into the shop the next day (20/10/24) and was served by Lee, another very helpful and engaging member of staff. A very pleasant experience.

Belinda, I love you!
I was in millets with my friend a couple of days ago and we were served by a lovely woman, Belinda. She was so lovely and welcoming as well as extremely helpful. I’ve never had such a great experience in a shop before. She was easy to talk to and a great conversationalist, as if id know her for years!! (She also fought off a bear in the shop just so we could make our purchase, top notch service if you ask me!)

BELINDA IS A GEM AT MILLETS
From the moment we got into the shop, we were greeted with warm smiles, Belinda was very helpful and made our shopping experience enjoyable, very patient and hilarious as we tried on clothes for sizes and choices! She helped us with online orders as well which were delivered the next day.
