I ordered a jacket recently and must admit it's one of the more difficult things to get the right fit. It turned up promptly and beautifully packed and although it was a lovely jacket it looked so wrong on me. I packed it up and returned it to the missselfridge.store using the free postage provided - simple! My refund was back in my account within 48 hours. Excellent service will shop with them again.

I ordered from miss selfridge uk and paid paypal invoice. Paypal then put a hold on my account for some reason and it was only then i questioned why. Well it was this company. Scammers. I emailed them and they immediately replied that they were sorry this happened and would send me a purse and belt free with my order. They then emailed me tracking info. Needless to say the Item still hasnt arrived. I have received my refund from Paypal. I then went online today (07/02/22) and see no sign whatsoever of this company.

Definitely a scam and can't believe I fell for it! Paid the PayPal invoice but didn't receive a confirmation email, couldn't log into my account on the website and couldn't get in contact with anyone. Luckily I have already received a refund less than 10 days after I made the 'purchase'. If you have purchased through this website please dispute the transaction.

This website is a scam which will automatically connect to your PayPal account and transfer your money into someone’s personal account, you will not receive your items

I have email them but the service is very poor.

Ordered on the 12th of December finally got a tracking number but it obviously isn’t genuine says my item has be delivered by Royal Mail Sheffield but I live 3/4 hours away!! Contacted Royal Mail and the tracking number doesn’t match my address? Please like if they sent you a tracking number too.

After reading other reviews I wish I had checked these first!! Scam website, don’t reply to emails and keep whatever money you have spent on the website. Shocking and disgusting!!

Scam Website, DO NOT ORDER! They take your money and that's it! You never receive what you've ordered. No answer from Customer Service either.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will take your money and you will never receive your order. Miss Selfridge UK is a scam, they deserve NO stars but TrustPilot won't allow me to do that.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I tried to send an email to find out if the order had been dispatched but the email was returned as failed delivery mail. The website I ordered from can no longer be found and the email provided on the order confirmation does not exist.
Lost £77 to scammers yet the website looked authentic.

I really wish I had checked these reviews before my purchase. There were many red flags but I don't know why I still fell for it. Basically this is a scam company and nothing to do with asos or miss selfridge. I've called my credit card company to try to cancel the transaction as a fraudulent one but I'm not keeping my hopes high. Expensive lesson learnt.

I should have known it was too good to be true. I was so excited to receive the items I had ordered but they never came and when I emailed the address given on my order confirmation it bounced back. I then tried to get in touch through the contact us section of the website but did not get a reply. After corresponding with traiding standards I'm pleased to say I received a full refund :) Not sure how I got the refund as it's a fraudulent website but I'm so thankful I did.

I’ve recently been defrauded by a website masquerading as Miss Selfridge (missselfridge.top), which a lot of the previous reviews may be regarding and not the official Miss Selfridge or ASOS. I’ve since reported the page to Action Fraud, NCSC and other merchants it references and represents itself as in attempt to have the site removed ASAP. I became suspicious when my PayPal invoice was converted to US dollars and sent to an individual in China: ‘Zheng Jieya’. I never received an order confirmation and customer service does not respond. I only wish I’d seen these reviews prior and really feel for everyone stung by this scam - avoid at all costs!

Really wish I had seen these reviews before I went to order. Never ordered from miss Selfridge before so didn't know that they didn't have an official website. It was only when I went to pay I noticed a problem, the payment went through PayPal but then I couldn't complete the order process after that! And the invoice appears to be via a Chinese company. I'm now trying to get my money back and I have complained to the NCSC.

Do not order from this site. It is a scam I bought a dress for £33.00 and today received a face mask.
This company should not be allowed to trade and should have been blocked by now.
You can not contact them once you’ve placed your order. You will receive an email with your order and delivery details and when you try to log back into where you ordered from it tells you that your details are not recognised.

Placed an order on 4.6.21 and still not received it!!
Had a confirmation email and purchase number, but the last two times I have emailed I have had no reply. They firstly replied after 3 weeks of placing the order apologising and said order should be with me 26.06.21 again still no sign.
Disgusting customer service, total scam. I have also emailed ASOS but no reply from them either. I will report it to my bank now hopefully get the refund. Wish I had read these reviews before checking out the website now.

If you come across missselfridge.online then do not order, as Its a scam and you won't receive your items. Miss selfridge no longer has a website of their own as its been purchased by ASOS, don't waste your time or your money with this website as you won't be receiving any items or getting a refund from them. I purchased one item from them and the merchant information was 刘 丽燕 as the name, and miss selfridges did not appear anywhere. They also cancel your website account once you've paid so you no longer have proof of the purchase as your email is no longer recognised as a login, and they don't send a confirmation email of the purchase.
