VERY VERY VERY BAD AND DISGUSTING

I’m having the same problems I have placed my order 14th May 2021 and my order is still late.
They may not be in UK they maybe shipped to UK from China.
I would NOT recommend Miss selfridge and ASOS again don’t trust them anymore the PayPal payment maybe made to China.
I have email them thousand of times making complaints I think they may have blocked me so they are definitely stealing our money.
If everyone on here having the same problem I would report this to the police station to get advised they maybe scam stealing our money. The website should be report and to remove the website before it get worse unless if they are stealing our monies. And go to the bank to explain to one of the branch manger to see if you can get your money back into your account and block them. They’re disgusting they don’t given care. There’s no support from the customers services they just like to get us really annoyed and disappointed. It’s so sad and feel so sorry for everyone on here🤍

Still waiting on a refund

Still waiting on a refund from Miss Selfridge, I returned my item back in January and still out of pocket!

Awful customer service.

I have also contacted ASOS regarding this issue and they have been unhelpful, just stating to wait for my refund...

Huge disappointment with the new owner Arcadia Customer service…

Huge disappointment with the new owner of Miss Selfridge. Never purchase from this brand again. Customer service not helpful at all. Had a faulty leather skirt which was not cheap and they even didn't want it to be sent back for an investigation. they just said that they are sorry, but they cant help, what kind of customer service it that??

Don't hold your breath if you think that Arcadia customer service will help you resolve any problems.

BIG DISSPOINTMENT!

My experience is similar to everyone below, it's really shocking that a company would do this without any contact to apologise or explain. It's really disgusting. If anybody comes up with a resolution or any updates on how to get the refund can they please post it as I am owed around £35. Thanks!

Worst company

Same as below. Returned items worth £60 in January and have not received my refund and have not been able to contact anyone. ASOS doesn’t care which I think is disgusting for them to take on a company who still owe people money.
I’m now contacting trading standards and putting an official complaint in to ASOS as it’s disgusting and I’m now out of pocket.

Rubbish Customer Service

Sent a parcel back in January and still waiting for my refund, like other people my email address has been blocked by them so I have no way of contacting them and I'm out of pocket. Utter disgrace

Shocked

I was shocked to see the reviews below, initially thinking that me waiting almost 7 weeks for my refund (or any update about this being received) was a one off and I had been unlucky, but there seems to be something very strange going on with all of these people affected! My email has also now been blocked by the customer service team, this is diabolical!!!!
I love shopping with ASOS but they should be handling these queries in the same manner as they would with their usual stock.
Really disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It's been 6 weeks since I've returned the items. I used the printing label and returned item via collect+ and they are still saying they have not received it. I've waited way over the 14-28 days window for the refund to process and still nothing. Customer service is non existent. Absolute rubbish and I feel like I've just been robbed. Now the email address I have been corresponding doesn't exist.

No refund

It's been 38 days since I've returned the items. I used the printing label that THEY provided and have track and trace to prove that they've recieved it. I've waited way over the 14-28 days window for the refund to process and still nothing. Customer service is non existent. Absolute rubbish and I feel like I've just been robbed.

Wish Id read these reviews before…

Wish Id read these reviews before ordering from Miss Selfridge and TopShop. I'd arranged with Hermes to pick up 3 parcels on 11th February but they failed to turn up with no communication from them. They then delivered an another item extremely late on the 16th February but knew nothing about my 3 returns, took them anyway and got proof of pick up. Now 4th March, one parcel to M&S has been refunded but the Miss Selfridge and TopShop have not. I've already contacted the retailers but they say I have to wait 28 days. Quite frustrating and does not encourage you to shop online at ASOS who now own Topshop & Miss Selfridge.

Will never shop again

Will never shop again! Shocking experience.Bought a pair of boots,received them in wrong colour,sent them back and have received no refund! They advised that I contact my payment provided.Avoid at all cost it is not worth it.

NO REFUNDS

According to Miss Selfridge’s website regarding their return policy “ We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 45 days of receipt.”

My order was received on 25/01/2021 (10 days ago). I tried to register for a return yesterday 3/02/2021 and I am unable to do so. I contacted Miss Selfridge and they said I can no longer return the order and they cannot extend the deadline and they won’t refund me. I’m well within this deadline as my order was received just 10 days ago and Miss Selfridge promise that an online order can be returned within 45 days of being received.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

They do not adhere to their own policies and do not allow you to return your order. Refusing to refund customers who are well within the 45 day return period. Disgrace.

Terrible Customer Service

Miss Selfridge is one of my fav brand but I have to remove from my list now.

I returned some items to them for refund but the credit amount was totally different.
I emailed Customer Service to several times but no one reply to me.

I dont know how to contact them as all the shops & phone lines are closed.

Really disgusting! !! !

Never ever go back to them? ! !
