wouldn’t bother
I payed for next day delivery and it came 2/3 days after. The tops were see through and the dresses very unflattering. The returns system is extremely confusing who knows if i have done it right
Dreadful customer service
Ordered a pair of shoes sent totally the wrong pair, after explaining I was unable to send them back as I had just left to go travelling, they wouldn't help, send me the right pair or even offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill!
First and last time I ever shop with them, avoid.

I bought a coat and when I received it, it had the fur collar missing and a button bearly hanging on! The coat also smelt of ciggerates!! The coat was very expensive and when I contacted customer service I explained to them what happened, they just told me to return it but when I stated I didn’t want to return it but prefer an apology or if they sent the missing fur collar and they just ignored me!! I think it’s disgusting not to check their return stock! Especially since we are in a pandemic with this covid! Goes to show they aren't taking any covid precautions! It’s such a shame as the clothes are very good quality! Just a pity about their customer service and whoever is in charge of returns as I won’t be shopping there ever again!

Visited the Exeter store and was very apalled at how rude and uninterested the blonde woman/girl working there was, she was very blunt and rude when i asked her if i could return a package. My mum also visited recently to return a parcel and also said the same thing. Honestly, very disappointed in this type of customer service. Be a bit more helpful at least.........

I went to the exeter miss Selfridge store today and I was appalled by the customer service. A man working at the store was extremely unpleasant and rude. Followed me and my mum around the store and I felt very uncomfortable. I saw several things in there I intended to buy but this man alone made me feel very that belittled and unsettled that I just wanted to get out of there. Such a shame he has really put me off the store, can’t say I will be going back

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting customer service and barely any way to get in contact with them. I have been awaiting a refund for over 2 months after they lost my parcel- not the first one they’ve lost- and still haven’t received it. Whenever I ask them they just tell me to wait a few days and contact my bank which I have done multiple times and been told that no money has been sent from miss Selfridge. No one seems to be helping me and they are extremely ignorant towards their customers. I have little hope of ever getting my money back and am running out of ways to get their attention. I will NEVER shop from here again, this is no way to treat customers and it’s absolutely disgusting that after 2 months there is still no sight of my money and with no ways to get a response I have little hope in ever receiving it. I’m at truly appalled and upset and I hope they learn some customer service because what they are providing is inadequate.

I cant believe the appalling service I have had with MS online. I ordered to sale items monday 27th July. I received a confirmation of my order through email and chose to have my items sent to my local Topshop for collection. I had a query on my order last tuesday. I sent 3 emails and have yet to receive a reply. Tried calling customer services, the line has been closed. At a loss as to what to do next. I fully understand the lockdown restrictions causing delays but feel if a company is struggling to maintain basic contact with a customer and barely that at most. The online devision should temporarily be suspended until they have the staff to fully provide adequate customer care. Very disappointed. No doubt other people will be experiencing this too. Could cause serious consequences for the store's reputation

Great clothes
Miss Selfridge has become my new favourite clothes store. Their clothes are really good quality, comfortable and so pretty. Their prices can be a little bit more expensive than I would normally pay but they have a lot of sales on so you can normally get a good price for what you want to buy.
Horrific customer service!
I placed an order on 24th June, half of the items were dispatched as scheduled and the other half was said to be dispatched at a later date. A week later I still had no update, so I emailed customer service as I wanted to make returns and couldn’t do until I had received the whole order. I emailed on 30th June and didn’t receive a reply so I contacted them on Instagram DM where they asked customer service to get in touch. On July 6th they emailed to say the other half of the order was due to be dispatched from a store and due to COVID they couldn’t fulfil that, they said they had requested a cancellation and within 48 hours I would be able to create a return for the other items. 8th June still unable to create return so emailed again, they replied on 11th June to say I would receive cancellation notification from the relevant department, 14th June I received an email (after chasing again) to say I could return any items as the others have been cancelled but I still have not been able to. It’s now 17th June with no resolve and horrific customer service. I will NEVER be shopping with them again.

Ordered items on 2nd July, No way of getting in touch with anyone. I’ve emailed too and heard nothing back. It’s the 13th now. I ordered next day delivery. Order status is still ‘dispatched from warehouse’. No further correspondence in 11 days.

The worst experience I have ever had online shopping. My package never arrived and I have been trying to contact them for weeks for a refund with no success. Awful customer service and really upset I have not got my money back.

I haven’t used miss Selfridge for years but I saw a dress on there that I wanted. It arrived a week later and fits nice, the material is a little light weight/ flimsy which is nice for summer. I think it could’ve been priced a little lower considering how thin the material is and I’m just not sure the quality is the same as it used to be so that’s why I haven’t given 5 stars

I absolutely love MissSelfridge clothes! I’m a petite size 10 and I tend to struggle to find clothes that I like in my size. MissSelfridge is one of the main shops that I go to now, as I always find something that makes me look great.

Arrived on time and good quality items I wear all the time and did return some items aswell and process was easy and quick. I used post office for this. Even though there is currently a pandemic I have received a good quality service.

They missed refunding an item on my order
They missed refunding an item of my return (all the products I ordered were diabolical sizing and quality), they sent me 1 response saying it can take 28 days to refund (I get this but everything was returned in same bag and all the other items I were refunded at same time) now they are ignoring all my emails.
Seriously regret buying from here and won’t be doing so again.
