disgusting communications
I arranged for a Hermes courier to collet my items that I wanted to return.
Also had arranged with Hermes to collect a return parcel from a different retailer on the same day.
The courier turned up on the designated day but refused to take the Miss Selfridge parcel as he said he had Two parcels to collect from my address but did not show on his records that it was a Mis Selfridge return.
I emailed Miss Selfridge directly and had to wait for two weeks for a response to my email.Their response said they would contact Hermes to collect my returns but did not state a specific date or time.
One week later the parcel still had not been collected! After numerous emails to Miss Selfridge, I am still waiting for them to contact me to return my unwanted items. There is no option on the website to return the same items as you have to contact their customer services team which due to COVID 19, do not have any members of staff to answer their phones!!
I am very FRUSTRATED customer and after this will never shop online with them again!!!

No refund even though return confirmed as received
I returned an item before the Covid19 lockdown. I’ve not had my refund, and they emailed once in March to advise it was processed (it hasn’t been) and have since ignored all my emails.
Very disappointed and angry that they have basically stolen my money as they’ve confirmed they have the top back but I don’t have my money. **update - received message from Miss S asking for details to help me including contact details so they could get in touch. Provided them - heard nothing back. This company is a joke! **
Seems To be a trend in lost parcels
Seems there is a trend with lost parcels?
Ordered from them over a week or so ago and I still have not received my order.
Last thing I know is Hermes ‘miss routed‘ my parcel and that’s it....tracking hasn’t updated for over a week? so I suspect they have also lost it or somebody at the Hermes deport has been stealing them? I can’t see how everyone’s parcels are just vanishing into thin air??
I have contacted miss Selfridge and all they have said is they will contact the courier ?
I have Still not been updated so I have emailed and warned if I hear nothing I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
Customer service and delivery’s for these companies is actually appalling, there should be something done about it as it seems to be a trend.
It’s our money! Give us our goods or don’t expect us too keep you in business!
First time shopping, never again
Absolutely useless, I ordered a jacket and boots with next day delivery. Tracking did not work and no emails were sent regarding delivery. So of course the items did not turn up, so I contacted customer services who said they’d enquire. A week after the items were due, I was informed that apparently my items were lost in transit and I’d be issued a refund. Just not good enough.

I ordered nearly £60 worth of clothes at the end of April. On the 4th May I got a notification to say it had been lost. I emailed customer service and only had one email back and now haven’t heard anything from them. So I am nearly £60 down with none of my order. I am a first time customer with them and definitely will not be ordering anything from them again. Really disappointed.
High prices that don't reflect quality at all
I would do this review on Asos because I bought an item of Miss Selfridge from there... But since there isn't this option, I'll write something here. I bought a skirt with a 50% discount, so I paid approximately €15 instead of €30. I have never been so disappointed with a clothing item! The composition was 100% polyester, and it didn't have any sort of lining, so the result was terrible: it seemed like a really poor quality foulard that I could surely buy somewhere else for maybe €2. For curiosity I searched other items of Miss Selfridge on Asos: conclusions: the composition of their items was almost always 100% polyester (except rare cases where there also was a minimal percentage of another material) and the prices, even if there was any sorta discount, were ridiculously high, compared to the cheapness of the clothes. Beware of this brand, trust me, you can find much better!

I bought for my daughter in law some clothes on the website during COVID-19. 4 articles. One of the articles was damaged. So i asked Miss Selfridge because of the broken article they would refund me the returning costs of 7.41 euro with DPD. That would be no problem. Now they ignore my mails, facebook messages and i never received my money back! I can suggest everyone to not buy clothes from them! They send damaged clothes. So you need to return the clothes and you pay for returning costs because tbey send damaged clothes. Was first time and last time i buy something from them.

I bought two coats and a dress from different Miss Selfridge stores in Egypt and the UK. They are all excellent quality, have stood the test of time. They were all also on sale so I got very good deals.
Parcel from 18th March still hasn’t arrived
I ordered an item on the 18th March to be dispatched the following day. Order still hasn’t arrived and the tracking doesn’t work! I’ve messaged numerous times via Facebook and the query form. They replied once on Facebook to say they’ve requested the info from Hermes and would get back to me in 24-48 hours. This was on Monday and I’ve not heard anything since, despite messaging again. I understand the current situation but why can’t you reply to messages and especially when your posting advertisements on social media constantly.
My experience as just alright
My experience as just alright. I ended up receiving my parcel in about a week, which was impressive considering the circumstances. However, I live in Canada and was charged a crazy amount of duties (it ended up costing the same amount as the item). Moreover, instead of delivering the parcel to my house, I had to go to a pickup facility which was irritating. Overall, I received my package, but with some inconveniences. I probably will not order from this company again because of those reasons.

Very disappointing. First and last experience
On the 5th May, which was coming up to three weeks ago, I placed an order on miss selfridge’s website for a jumpsuit and a pair of trousers. The delivery claimed to be dispatched in 3-7 working days to collect in store so I ordered it (rightfully thinking it would come in time for the event I had ordered them for which was a whole NINE days after I ordered them) I was wrong. It is now the 16th March and I still do not have my order, I was sent an email on the day it was supposed to be in store for me to collect saying it had been delayed... I gathered that! Still to this day I am wondering whether I will ever receive my items. They haven’t even bothered to update my estimated delivery date on the website! It still says Thursday the 12th! God knows when this parcel will arrive in store, or if it ever will. I cannot believe how disappointing and unprofessional miss selfridge is and I will never order from here again. As soon as I get my clothes I will be sending them straight back. Do not order from this website unless you want your clothes to arrive months late! Ridiculous.

I can’t comment on the customer service team or department as I’ve never dealt with them personally or had an issue with any orders, nor have I ever returned any parcels. I can however comment on the quality of the clothing, recently I purchased 4 coats on sale and they were all amazing quality. I also purchased a smaller size than I usually would and it fit me perfectly. Can’t complain about the items I received as they looked exactly like they did online and were great quality. The only downside was a coat on sale I purchased was further reduced the next day after I had purchased it so I missed out on that extra saving :(
Miss Selfridge Customer Service
Was notified that my online order had been delivered to my address by Hermes. When I arrived at home, there was no parcel. Sent email to Miss Selfridge Customer Service and was advised that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. 48 hours passed. I heard nothing. I sent a follow up email and was asked if I could please give them another 24 hours. I waited until the next morning before sending another email telling them that I wanted the issue resolved immediately as it was now way over the 48-hour deadline. I received a further email apologising for the inconvenience but asking me to give them another 72 hours to resolve the issue. This was apparently due to the ''nature of the enquiry''. It really wasn't all that complicated. They advised me that the parcel had been delivered to my address. It wasn't. And still I wait. There was no delay in processing the payment though. That went through right away. I will not be using their online service again.
