Never received my refund can't contact

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with receiving a refund online. I sent the playsuit and top by post office over 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. I can't even get in contact with them to know what has happened with my money I will never ever purchase anything from
them ever again!!!!!!

Out of stock, hard to contact, still no refund.

2 items ordered one wasn't in stock. Despite numerous attempts to contact via email or phone it's impossible to make contact or get a reply.
Still no refund.
Will never use this company again. Very unreliable

Finally got in touch with a lovely guy named Shamen. Gift card issued and gave me extra to cover postage including the postage already paid.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

The worst experience i've ever had!I order a black fur cardigan and the send something that I didn't order!I sent an email to the costumer service and they didn't even respond to me!I've been waiting for this jacket for so long and they send me something that i didn't order!I don't know what to do!I paid 70 euros for this cardigan and I don't what will happen with my situation!Very disappointed and upset with this site!

They say they'll get back to you within 48 hours but they don't. It's been almost a week, no response. This is the last time I order from them.

Fast delivery and good quality.

Placed the order easily to be deliver by standard delivery which is 3-5 days. Received the next day and loved the items I got. Really happy with the service I received.

THE WORST COMPANY!

Whilst recently at the Brent Cross store, they offered to have an item that they didn't stock delivered to our local store with free next day delivery. Of course, this did not happen at all, the dress was for my daughter to take on holiday and therefore was going to be of no use if it didn't arrive in time. After emailing the company FOUR times, every time I just got an automated email in response, outrageous! The dress that was meant to arrive on Wednesday actually arrived on Friday lunchtime without a hunt of an apology. Disgusting service from such a large company. What is the point in offering these services if you can't fulfil them and certainly no way to treat your customers! A truly appalling service, I will steer clear in future and I suggest you do too!

100% happy with customer support

I recently ordered a floral top online and when it arrive it was perfect in size and shape but i wasn't happy with where the flower was situated on print. They were happy to help and exchange straight away for one that did indeed look like the picture online. So helpful. I understand that when material is cut for so many tops the exact pattern may change.
I have only ever had great service, smooth transactions and great quality clothing from Missselfridge.

Online order

I had ordered a dress online for a certain occasion and had requested it be sent to the local store. I had allowed two extra days from the time the dress was meant to arrive before my event. The dress however arrived four days later than had been stated and therefore was far too late to be of use. As a result I attempted to complain to miss selfridge and request if it was possible to cancel my order without picking it up. In total it took me 15 attempts to finally get my message sent as the system repeatedly failed to send and told me to come back in a few minutes. This whole experience has left me completely infuriated. I would not recommend their delivery to store service at all and if anything goes wrong don't expect a speedy reply. It has been 72hrs since I managed to send my complaint and all I have had in response is an email to apologize for the delay and saying they will try to get back to me soon!! Could not have less respect for this service.

Online shopping!

I have been a loyal customer to miss Selfridge for years now. As I am petite I find that their size four and six are perfect for me and are true to the tag. However recently I purchased a size 4 trouser on sale and after my online purchase I realised why it was on sale. This was a very disappointing purchase the material and size was terrible!
I ordered a number of things online along with a £99 dress. The dress was also too BIG! seemed like a size 8!
The actual package was already torn into! The hanger for the trousers was broken. The other four items I ordered were in terrible packaging!
I have never had this before when I ordered online with this company but I think I'll think twice now!!!

Love this company 100% BEST AROUND

I have to say that I have been shopping with miss selfridge for around three years online and I can NOT FAULT the service online.

They deal with online returns prompt (AND THEY ARE FREE)and also there customer service is the best I have experienced online.

There clothing is reasonable and I am very happy with this company 10/10 keep it up miss selfridge,your the best around.

Any problems I have are easily resolved and they always offer free postage days and good discounts.

Worst company on the High Street!

I live halfway between Chester and Liverpool and the Miss Selfridge stores in both these cities are appalling. It is near impossible to find any staff members in the Liverpool shop, if you are lucky enough to spot one don't expect any kind of customer service from them. Same goes for the Chester shop, staff don't look like they work there and are too busy talking about their colleagues to serve you. The shop is constantly a mess making it impossible to find what you are looking for.
The products are poor quality and overpriced, and to be honest, not very fashionable in comparison with other retailers.
I used to be a regular shopper but have completely given up with this company and will spend my money elsewhere in future.

shocking customer service

I ordered am item from miss selfrige online and paided for next day delivery so I went to the store I'd arranged the click and collect service to at around half 2 in the afternoon plenty long enough for it to have arrived to be told nothing had. The very helpful Meadowhall staff then offered to ring customer service for me where they was told from someone called zenab that it was at Sheffield depo and would be with them by the end off the day which turned out to be a complete lie when I went in again on Sunday and it still hadn't arrived as customer services was rang again n person on end of phone said he didn't have a clue where she had got that from yesterday so as u can imagine I was rather annoyed with customer services as when I order something I expect it to be there the day it says. I have no decided after this I won't be ordering offline again as the service is shocking I'll be sticking to meadowhalls store where the staff are amazing and will deal with anything I need and they offer amazing customer services. I know writing this review probably won't be looked at by anyone at customer services but it they do id appreciate an email back explaining why the women lied to me n meadowhalls store on the sat the 12 of December.

CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY !! Won't last long

I bought a coat from miss selfridge in February 2015.
I spend more than £80 on the coat.
I was expecting this coat would last me at least more than a year.

I even did email their Customer service and attached the picture of my coat but they just felt sorry for me.
I have never washed my coat and I have only wore it couple of times maybe 5 times.
I noticed the poor quality only 1 months after the delivery and I didn't think the material would be that cheap because the bobbles and piling was spread all over the coat after one months of the delivery date !!! and I only wore it once at that time.
It wasn't worth the price for the quality that It has.
My coat looks like I have bought it for only £10 and I have had it for a decad.
I'm also river island customer and I never complained about any of their clothing and I have been shopping with them for over 5 years and their clothing lasts for ever.

Extremely disappointed and never ordering from them again.

Appalling customer service (RETURNS)

Having major issues, trying to return a brand new item that I could not wear as it was simply too big! I was told by one customer service agent that they didn't know if they had received my return and I must email them proof of postage after 28 days if I hadn't heard from them. I sent another email through their website to be emailed by another agent saying they hadn't received my return and could I provide proof of postage. It has now been two weeks since returning my parcel. After reading numerous reviews and speaking to numerous people it seems this company have an issue with returning funds and seem to send the same generic response to anyone chasing up refunds! It almost feels like they don't want too! Order online at your own risk.

Good delivery, great quality clothing.

I can't give this 5 stars because I didn't return anything so I think that would be an unfair rating because I can't judge that quality of service, but Miss Selfridge have amazing sales and deals and fast delivery. They have a great tracking service and my package (a prom dress) came a few days before it was expected.

One of the amazing deals was 30% of everything (except sale items) by using the code if you are subscribed to their emails. This meant that for a £120 dress I instead only had to pay around £80. A great deal in my opinion and their always sending these kind of deals by email. Only fallback in my opinion is that without these deals the store is actually very expensive, but with a student discount code or other discount codes you can usually reduce this quite a bit. However, paying these prices is usually worth it anyway because everything I've ever bought from there, both online and in-store, has always been of great quality and identical to the images shown online.

Terrible service

Tried to return two tops which I had bought two days previously and had decided they did not fit properly with any of my bras. The counter assistant did not allow me to return the items as she identified an absolute miniscule dot on both. These marks were definately not made by myself and the items were clearly brand new. The assistant actually took the tops away to the changing room before returning to me to tell me they had marks so for all I know she put them there. She then explained that the company would lose money as they would have to discard the tops, they will be losing much more than the feeble £9 I payed for them, they will also lose my custom. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of support. Did not put the customer first.
