**EDIT** eventually got the return address and sent back two dresses and was told on 15th January I would receive a refund less postage which I still haven't got a month later.

Ordered (and paid) for three dresses, only two arrived. No paperwork in parcel, no labels on dresses. One dress the lining on sleeves so tight can't get hand through and the other described and pictured as long sleeved and has arrived as short. Had one response to my many emails and now my emails just bounce back. The quality of the dresses look fine for the price if they were as described or fit for purpose. Luckily got sorted from a different company in time for the big occasion.

I bought 3 items from Miss Yeti. 1 item never arrived and the second items did not fit me.

I tried to return the items immediately and followed the process on the website which was to email them and ask for the return address.

Miss Yeti acknowledged my email but never provided me with the return address so I have been unable to return and get a refund for the items I bought. I have followed up multiple times via email and they have now blocked me.

I am extremely upset as this is fraud!!

I placed my order over a month ago and have not received it and have contacted the company twice for assistance and the first time they said they didn't have an order for me and the 2d email they haven't responded to.

Terrible!!
They sent a dress that I didn’t order, but they didn’t give me back the shipping fee!! I can’t believe such an unreasonable business!!
And also a white dress that sent me had a stain and the material was extremely cheep!

Excellent service and good quality dress. will order soon.

I binned the dress was rubbish and stinks size was like size 6 but I ordered 14 worse material I ever seen in my life please don’t order from this website ‼️

They tried to take down my previous review.
I never received my order or a refund.
You can clearly see on their website that the reviews are fake (barely any dresses had a single review, today almost every dress has 5-10 reviews worthy of a distinction in an English class essay assigment).
Here on Trustpilot, a girl named Marilisa de Melo Freire made a bad review but accidentally added 5 stars (or they fiddled with it, I wouldn't be surprised, they are scammers).
I hope a trustpilot emploee sees this and makes sure the honest bad reviews are not taken down. I have all the proof needed.

Dress never showed up, messaged company, still nothing.

My dress unfortunately looks nothing like the picture .
I would like to arrange a return. The sleeves aren’t sheer like the picture and the edging on the neck line is totally different . I bought my dress as a mother of the bride and had to find something alternative to wear which was most inconvenient. Very disappointing xx

I purchased a dress and paid for express delivery. The item dd not arrive. I chased and chased with limited response and the item still never arrived. I then reported this to my credit card and Miss yeti had the cheek to send an image of a parcel as proof of so called delivery.

Avoid this company!!

I received the dress wed. yesterday and I didn't like it. The quality is poor and it's not the same as the photo on the website.
I want to return it and get my money back.
I didn't like the service or the lack of information about the order while waiting for the dress to arrive.
The size was wrong. I bought the 10 and
they sent the 9.
I demand that the money be returned to the card on which the purchase was made,
I'm publishing my thoughts on Google and others plataforms so that no one else in the UK is fooled.

The quality of the dress was surprisingly good, and though delivery took longer than expected, I was provided with full traceability of my parcel. I was also very pleased with the responsiveness and support from the missyeti team when I contacted them with inquiries regarding my parcel.

Scam!
I ordered a dress from the website on the 5th August and requested refund on 29/8. The dress was so poorly made and nothing like the pictures on the website. I’ve been going around in circles via email asking to return and providing evidence and still nothing! Try to phone them? Nothing! Look up their London address, it’s the director of the companies home.
Please don’t waste your money or time here.

It’s not a bad dress. Material was polyester satin so not as luxurious as a high end wedding dress but for £150 im not complaining. It’s well made, fully lined and as pictured. Had awful fake built in bra cups which I removed. You would need to have it altering unless you gave custom measurements (which they offer) but again, I’d have to that with any wedding dress. Shipping time was true to website, be mindful that the calculations are from the date of dispatch NOT ordering so it took about 3 weeks all in.

Packaged well enough but badly creased and material doesn’t iron well.

Only marking down a star for the godawful built in bra.

Brought a dress in July and eventually managed to return it early August due to them not giving me the return information. Still waiting for my money to be refunded despite them saying they’ve recieved my dress on 12th August. My last review has also been deleted … Don’t use this company!

Scam company! The dresses don’t look the same as on the website (they are trying to replicate them but with little luck!). If by any means you need to get a refund from them, FORGET ABOUT IT!!!

Stay away from them! I’m surprised they are still around, but with reviews like that they won’t survive!!!

And not, I’m not a competitor, as they say, but I’m a real customer, I just hope that they can learn from mistakes and start playing by the rules! Life as well as Business has some universal rules, unfortunately they are breaking all the rules with their customer service and products!

Guys, please get your acts together and if you want to have a thriving business, agree to respect your customers, first by offering an authentic product and be honest and transparent with your communication!!! That’s the only way your business will grow, otherwise you are lying and cheating yourselves and it will or it already hits you hard!!!

Bought a dress from this company which took almost a month to arrive. When it did arrive it looked nothing like the photo in the website. I then contacted the company and after sometime they provided me with the returns address. It’s been a month since I returned the dress and they’ve yet to process my refund. They take forever to reply. This company is a SCAM 100%. Please do not purchase from them!
