The quality of the product is so poor

We ordered a prom dress a month before my daughter’s prom but it didn’t arrive in time. My daughter was really upset. It was no use to us after the event and as it wasn’t custom made for her, we just wanted to return it. We never even took it out of the packaging but MISSYETI wouldn’t send us a returns form saying it was within the shipping/processing time. (It wasn’t) In the end, PayPal got involved to provide me with return address and my refund is hopefully being processed now.

Bought a dress from this company. Returned it to the address they provided. The post office says it is waiting pick up from the company. Their email fro me says they won’t pick it up!!! What a rip off. I’m out $184. Stay away from this company

The dress took weeks to arrive as it was shipped from China. When it did arrive, it was of poor quality and nothing like the photos on the website. The returns process was slow-an unnamed customer service agent at Miss Yeti kept offering a growing % discount rather than initiating the refund process. Once the company received my return (sent tracked and signed for) it took just under four weeks to receive the refund (sent after multiple chaser emails).

I wanted to change the dress I ordered but I ended up liking it but the miss yeti team was very helpful throughout the process

It fit pretty good and is very pretty .Look exactly like the picture.

I would give a minus 10 score if I could…Wow what a bunch of thieves, after ordering a dress and chasing the delivery, the advertised delivery 7-9 days Is a lie, I notified them 24 hours after receiving the dress that the seams weren’t even stitched, the material is cheap and I didn’t want the dress, they told me “the dress was supposed to be like, that is how it’s made intentionally and not a mistake or fault” they then offer me a “discounted” refund of 20%, to keep the dress! when I refused this and again requested to return the dress I was told “ they were trying to come up with a solution that benefits both of us”… so keeping £45 of my money … what on earth! Since this was refused they ghost contact then refer me back to their returns policy (which I have followed to the letter) they won’t confirm the returns address, they won’t send out returns label as in their policy or confirm they will accept the return (bearing in mind they state, if the return is not “accepted” by them and sent back without acceptance, they will not refund) I can see where that one’s going! So after weeks of being ignored on email, and they do not answer the phone or return calls … I will send the dress back to the random London address and report them to trading standards and keep fighting through my bank for the return of my hard earned money! Seriously do not use this bunch of fraudsters …

Addition to above review and in response to the company reply below…

I have been dealing with the email address you have provided below for the past 6 weeks and have not found your service helpful at all, you constantly ask for information you already have been provided with and have intentionally attempted to make the return of the unwanted item as difficult as possible, asking for confirmation of order number for the hundredth time and even asking to “type the postage tracking number” into yet another email (after already providing this as an image attached on previous emails) …after the returned item had already been received and signed for by yourselves therefore the tracking number was irrelevant! Putting constant hurdles in the way of customers attempting to return your items is NOT customer service !

This company is a scam! I ordered 2 dresses for £180 each! Neither of them ever arrived! I chased them for months and eventually they refunded me for 1 dress. I'm still chasing for the other £180 6 months later! Everytime I email they pretend they don't know what I'm talking about. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This website is a scam. Ordered a dress which was not good quality especially for the price it was.
Then had to chase them for 2 months for a refund when I had sent the dress back. Moreover, the return address was a random house in Isleworth, west London. Do not use this ‘company’

Prom dress arrived really late. Had already asked for refund as didn’t believe it was coming! They said couldn’t as it was ‘on its way’ it eventually arrived. I struggled to get return info. Then returned it. It passed its ‘check’ but they still keep delaying my REFUND. It’s been months. ITS THEFT. They have the hoods they have my money. IM FUMING. You can’t get through on phone and emails don’t answer questions….. I just want my money back. I shall contact TV to out them as a scam. I’ve reported them to trading standards.

Terrible customer service. Delivery time is not as you order-you need to had 3 weeks of processing time on top (apparently it’s in the small print…!) dress arrived a different colour-looked cheap and tacky. Trying to organise a return, but they are slow to reply and delaying offering a return label probably so that I miss the return deadline. Will need the bank’s involvement soon-thankfully paid on credit card. This company is not worth using.

refund non existent and paid further for return of goods just excuse after excuse for refund embarrasing company over 3 months to and fro still in dispute do yourself a favour use a different company pay peanuts get monkeys. cheap prices attractive hassle factor defo not worth it. I am suprised they are still trading and able to use the likes of clearpay legitimate company but really really poor.

I ordered for my daughter for her upcoming prom. The dress does not resemble the one advertised on the website. The shade of pink is entirely different. The material is cheap satin which arrived utterly creased and it still is. It was packaged in a small padded envelope, bearing in mind this is a prom dress!!!!! The padded bra area is visible from the outside, in a nutshell, it is awful and no way resembles the item advertised on the website. I have emailed them to request a returns label but they are being very evasive and not replying to emails. After researching I now believe this to be a scam website, after looking at reviews on Trustpilot. The returns address is a house in West London and their customer telephone number is a mobile! I believe they are selling cheap items from China, certainly not what is advertised on the website. Their emails contain poor grammar and spelling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER

Awful company. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter which was unsuitable as the back was exposed which wasn’t shown in the website photo. That was 3 months ago and the company still haven’t refunded my money. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I haven’t bought anything here but I would advise people to stay away as it looks like a scammy website. I keep getting ads for a wedding dress which I know costs in the range of 4000 listed for around £100. It’s incorrectly listed as vintage and there is no mention of the designer, so I don’t know what they would be sending but my guess would be either nothing at all or something very poorly manufactured.

This company cannot be legit. The quality of the item i received was awful and cheap satin and not the colour stated.
Very difficult to obtain a refund with lots of questions and late replies. The return address is to a house in West London. I'm still waiting for refund. Please do not use this website.. all cheap rubbish bought from China

Update: it's nearly a month later and they still Haven't processed refund do not use miss yeti

I ordered 2 dress. The first one was faulty, had marks all over it. They wouldn't refund due to it being out of the returns period which is understandable so I ordered the same dress to replace the orginal one. When the dress arrived it was a totally different style. So I got in touch with Miss Yeti and they confirmed that I could return this for a 'full refund'. So I returned the dress via royal mail tracking service. After 1 week I chased Miss Yeti for my refund, they said it will be issued. Another week passed by so I contacted them again, they said they hadn't received it. I provided them with the proof of delivery, their response was that they will contact their complaints dept. I have now been emailing them for the past 3 weeks as I am still waiting for my refund to be issued. I am now not getting any response. I would advise that you do not purchase from this company as they are not an honest company. I am still waiting for my refund.
