Received a beautiful air fryer but it results in cooked food which has a weird and chemical taste. I have washed the components many times...The chemical smell is so strong that you can smell it around the house.

Have tried to contact them to get advice or a refund but they have blocked my messages ? Very strange.

Disappointed customer. I would avoid this company.

They sell DANGEROUS products their 36cm multi cooker and even their 30cm version should be banned from being sold.

This is the absolutely worst design or failed/flawed thermostatically controlled device because even at level 2 will ONLY BOIL like your water making it resemble a Jacuzzi on full bubbling power. I watched this when it has already boiled the liquid while trying to make a Paella to seemingly HIGH temperature it still continue to BOIL at level 2, and I eventually turned it off completely because after 5-10 minutes watch it BOIL rather gently boil/simmer I gave up on this device for good.

Why? no way can I trust this this device to leave it alone at anytime just in case BOILED the liquid completely away. Also, when cooking meat it SEARS the outside of meat and because it appears to go to MAXIMUM heat rather than what is set at say level 3 or 4 it appears to ONLY work at MAXIMUM no matter your setting above level 2, and in so doing it really burns the outside of your meat when you want it to work at a lower reasonable level.

MY advice AVOID this terrible product and anything made by Misterchef as their Thermostat control device is really only ON for Maximum when set even though at level 2 or OFF.

I am not the only one as the reviews for their products on Amazon clearly shows a LARGE list of complaints with the exact same problem noted above, Also, others have received their products too, but according to their rules for returns YOU have to pay for it, as no doubt that is deter customers claiming their money back for a dangerous & faulty product or even if it has arrived damage.

AVOID ANYTHING MADE & SOLD BY MISTERCHEF AS THEY ARE WILLING TO SELL DANGEROUS PRODUCTS!

Fantastic customer service, very friendly. helpful and understanding, recently I purchased an item from them and unfortunately something went wrong so I contact them about it and they did all it takes to replace it for me with no fuss what so ever, I will buy from them again and again for such lovely and friendly customer services.

Bought this mixer for my daughter (loves to bake) as a graduation gift. She loves it and it matches my kitchen nicely! The mixer itself is quiet which was one of the main things I looked for when searching. Also comes with 3 different attachments which are easy to swap and change.

I bought a mixer through Amazon. What an absolute farce. 2 months on and they still have £110 and are refusing to refund my payment, even though they accepted my return and I have proof of return from Hermes. Absolutely disgusted. But no one appears to care, and it's not their money so why should they worry. I'm so very fed up with it all.

Ordered two chocolate moulds over a month ago, been trying to get in contact to no success. Finally got in touch with them to find out they only sent one with no tracking on it, now out of stock. Checked their website after the call to find it says 21 in stock. Very poor customer service and organisation.
