Good service but product not as expected
The product arrived quickly and in time. Unfortunately, it was not clear that this set is not sufficient to change the Samsung edge 7 screen at home since you need a digitizer as well( which I did not know before) and this screen did not have.

Very bad service, I will never order anything again from this company but I will also charge you indemnity for the wasted time and all the calls I couldn't receive because my phone isn't repaired yet. How difficult it is to send the exact order I asked for instead of a non-useful piece I don't even need? on top of that, you lie to me saying that the piece sent is compatible also? well lets hope you can prove its compatible legally

I wish I'd not bought from MMobiel
The tool I ordered from MMobiel to open my watch with does not work.
The back of my watch is exactly the type shown in the photo on the company website, however it would seem that despite being a "universal opener" able to open "99%" of waterproof watches, it doesn't open mine. I would hazard a guess that it doesn't open the watch in the pictures on the website either, as it is so similar to my watch.
I have had an unsatisfactory email exchange with the company whose final position appears to be that my watch is the wrong type.
It's not worth returning the product as I am expected to pay my own postage.
I wish I'd not bought this product and I'd advise everyone else to avoid this company.

seller did not accept that without documents / manual the products are useless. None of the youtube videos show the purchased products, not even similar. Seller did not apologize and I had to use Paypal to ensure seller refunds and accepts return. Poor service.

I was extremely happy with my entire experience. I ordered a new glass for my camera lens and it arrived within 48 hours, just sadly got cracked in the shipment. I sent them an email which they then replied also fairly fast (I think two days later) that I don't have to send them the broken one back and within a day the new one had arrived, this time in perfect condition. The only down side, is that it had arrived with all the additional props for changing the glass, that I obviously didn't need a second time and just created unnecessary waste. Other than that, 5 stars 👏
